Bliis Body Retreats create a whole new way to have your rest and spend vacation. Living in beautiful nature of jungles, practicing yoga and meditation with the sunrise and sunset, enjoying only organic food and juice therapy will make you feel balanced, relaxed, and happier. The purpose of this retreat is to take you to the experience of feeling energized and bright without coffees and sugars, to supply your cells with all the vitamins and minerals for a greater health.
All ages are welcome as participants.
The accommodation will be in a high-comfort four to five stars villa, quiet place with all that you may imagine. Guests will stay in their own private two-storey bungalow with spacious bedroom and a king size bed. The villa has a large bathroom with bathtub, shower inside and outside, and a large wardrobe. The furniture are perfect to chill out with a terrace for reading, napping or simply listening to the sounds of the jungle.
The whole villa consists of several separate bungalows with a big building with kitchen, dining hall, fantastic view terrace, second level yoga, and chill out terrace with Mount Agung view. There is also an dream infinity pool where you can dive-in to refresh and relax.
All the guests will stay in this private villa but at the same time, you may hide away and find a place for being on your own, read a book, dream, or sit in a lotus position and ponder life’s endless possibilities.

You will be taught how to change your daily habits and to let go of unhealthy triggers that are taking you back from your well-being and natural beauty. You will be given all the knowledge about your body and the right way to treat it to live long a illness-free life from now on.
Start your day with an early meditation and yoga session followed by a detox breakfast and juice therapy. You will engage in group discussions about the topic of the day before enjoying a detox lunch. Afterwards, you will have the chance to participate in sightseeing trips and cooking classes. You will then enjoy another juice therapy followed by a yoga Nidra relaxation hour. In the afternoon, you may choose to attend a seminar or enjoy a Balinese massage. Another yoga session will be held in the evening before serving your detox dinner. End the day at 10:00 with healthy sleep.
Yoga sessions are designed to get back to your healthy body, balance hormones, become more stretched and feel open. Bliss Body Retreats wants to make you more flexible, to remove the tension out of the muscles, and make you feel free in your own body. This new flexibility will also influence your daily life attitude. Open body means open mind. Special yoga program will also harmonize your cycle and prevent you from woman-organ deceased. You can expect toned skin and muscles, and leaner forms.
You may expect to use props and the Iyengar yoga therapy. At the same time, the practice will be suitable for experienced yogis and freshmen. You will know your body much deeper and recognize the spots that should be unblocked.

It will restore women's body after stresses, improper eating habits, and experiencing the toxic city life. After seven days on the detox diet, you will feel lighter from the inside, clean your body of unnecessary weight, have your skin shining again. It expects to remove toxic triggers and love pure and natural food again. All the menu will be based mostly on the raw (uncooked) food. The food will be prepared professionally with healthy deeps and sauces to make the taste even better. Bliss Body Retreat is aware of the best product combinations and you may expect to be nourished yet no bloating or constipation. Daily evening warm vegetable broth for a good night's sleep.
Vlada is a professional yoga teacher, detox diet and healing therapist, nutritionist and inspirator. For more than four years, she practices and is still learning ways to heal the body from the mistakes of eating, thinking, and moving. For her, the main point is to create a new space for making conscious choices in ways to live right now.
You can not find a better location to treat your body and mind like the heart of Bali. Ubud is the place that attracts lots of yogis and spiritual guides. This place is full of mystery, consciousness, and great inspiration. Balinese temples, picturesque roads for walking, rice paddies views, peacefulness and yet you can feel it's heartbeat. The location is so comfortable that you may reach waterfalls, mountains, beaches easily. The private high-comfort villa is going to be a 10-minute drive from the main street so that you could surrender and enjoy the sounds of birds, rest well, and breath fresh air.

You are entitled to a complimentary healing of one hour Balinese massage whole body scrub and flower bath.
Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to the airport is included. The driver of Bliss Body Retreat will pick you up from the airport or if you are already in Ubud - Ubud centre.

"It is been awhile since I come back to France from a retreat in Bali, Ubud and I try to implement all my knowledge gained during this amazing 7 days. Vlada is extremely awesome, she taught me so many things about healthy nutrition, the combination of products and how to cook easy, healthy and what is more important for me delicious. Not to mention her teaching abilities as a Yoga instructor, I never had classes like that. I am pretty sure it was a lucky gift from life to choose this retreat among 100 of others and meet such an inspiring team as Bliss Body. The accommodation was just something out of my imagination and of course swimming pool with a jungle panorama - Oh it was incredible. I would like to add that the program is so intensive that you literally don’t have time to procrastinate: Spa, massage, rice fields, temples etc. so this was the only one minus of the whole retreat process. "I would like to share my amazing experience of Detox and Yoga retreat in May. I had a very great time in Bali, it was even better than I hoped for. The program was well-designed and adjustable for such beginners in yoga like me. Firstly, I was a bit afraid that we will eat only raw food and drink juices, as I have never ever tried to follow such a diet. But, I have realized that you can make a lot of various delicious meals even not to cook them. With the help of our amazing Retreat guide Vlada and useful tips from here my 7 days past so quickly, but truly amazing. The whole week was total relaxation and peacefulness. I have not only spent really good time, but also was taught how to implement a piece of retreat in my daily life. That was really helpful. A Big Thank to Vlada. "For starters, the retreat is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Everyone I met or even passed by was incredibly friendly, too. As for the guide Vlada herself, she was kind and gentle during the whole time yet somehow convincing enough to push me through the tough yoga sessions. Sometimes I really felt like I couldn't move forward but then she'd position me or guide me and next thing you know I was able to carry on. You can tell she has done yoga for a while and she genuinely loves it. She has inspired me to restart my yoga practice which has lapsed significantly prior to this visit."
"The nutritional aspect of the retreat was probably the biggest benefit to takeaway for me. I learned that I really don't need to eat nearly as much as I have been used to eating in my life. During the retreat, I don't think I hardly ate anything (by standards in the USA) but I didn't feel hungry, at least not more than a passing few seconds and the feeling went away when I didn't feed it. It was a real eye-opener for me to understand how energetic I could feel with such relatively small quantities of food. I have carried this over back into my normal life, I eat a lot less now and I feel better, I think I look better too! I can't thank her enough for this gift of knowledge."
