"NOT a Yoga Retreat"

The yoga classes were good, the teacher (Karine) was very knowledgeable. The staff was very welcoming and the food was great.

"A Memorable Retreat"

From the moment I arrived I was embraced and welcomed with such openness and positive vibes.

The food is excellent. The staff are excellent. The accommodation, while traditional dorm style, is thoughtful and comfortable. The entire ambiance of Blessings provides immediate relaxation.

I was grateful to find many like minded travellers from all over the world.

The yoga, meditation and breath work workshops are exceptional and an added bonus.

Blessings does everything they can to ensure a relaxing and positive get away. I highly recommend.

It was the perfect mix of relaxation and mindfulness.

Not much like traditional retreats, the schedule was super easygoing and flexible—you can enjoy yoga and meditation without feeling like you’re committing to something overly strict or demanding.

The atmosphere was so chill and inviting. The staff and fellow guests were incredibly friendly, making it easy to unwind and feel at home.

The yoga sessions were wonderful, with instructors who created a relaxed and inclusive vibe.

I also really enjoyed the day trip to Ko Ma beach.

The café was another highlight of the experience! Delicious and plant-based (Spinach grilled cheese toasty in croissant!), and the coffee was some of the best I’ve had. The friendly staff and the music added to the overall positive energy of the place.

I also liked the evening activities or family dinners offered. It's so beautiful to spend time with the people around you in a mindful and safe space doing art, journaling on some prompts or playing games together.

All in all, it felt like I was on vacation, but with an extra mindfulness content sprinkled in!
