Birthlight On Tour is the perfect blend of theory, practice, and teaching methods with the aim of imparting practical proficiency and confidence to students over a relatively short time. Upon completion, students will be certified (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education) to teach each aspect of Motherhood yoga - to integrate these principles into an existing class or introduce a new class to their schedules.

Sally is an active birth teacher trained in the Active Birth Center in London. She continued her training with Françoise Freedman in Cambridge and qualified as a Birthlight teacher in Antenatal, Postnatal, and Baby yoga. Her Birthlight classes have been running successfully for many years in Cambridge. Sally is now a director of Birthlight Teaching, Joyful Babies, Joyful Dolphin Swim, and Dolphin Baby Swim. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 and Yoga Alliance in the US. Sally is also a qualified Montessori teacher and counselor with many working experiences.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Arrival by train

From John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), hop on an AirTrain to the J Train at Sutphin Boulevard. Take the J Train to Myrtle Avenue and Transfer to an M Train on the same platform. Take the M Train 2 stops to Lorimer Street. From Lorimer Street, you can walk down Lorimer, and veer right on Wallabout Street. Pointe Plaza is two blocks from there. If you don’t want to walk, you can hop on the B48 Bus and get off at Wallabout Street and Franklin Avenue.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 15 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
