Uvita is a small village on the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is the center of a unique area called Costa Ballena and the home of Marina Ballena National Park. Bienestar is located approximately 500 meters from the beach/park in a quiet corner with a wooden yoga platform under the trees, surrounded by the beauty of nature. We hear the waves on the beach, the sweet smells of tropical flowers in bloom, enjoy the gentle and constant breeze, while we practice yoga and meditation, mindfulness and serenity, and at times, crazy joy and a lot of laughter.
