Ameriga (ERYT500, Master NLP, MA Yoga Studies) is often described as an 'unconventional' yoga teacher who thrives in empowering students to take their yoga practice to the next level and to reflect deeply on their life. She has taught for almost a decade whilst training with renowned teachers such as Shiva Rea, Meghan Currie, and Gregor Maehle. Expect creative, slow, deep, and intense sequences garnished with Indian philosophy, immersive music, hands on assists and kirtan.
