All of the accommodations are single with attached bathroom and western commode. The rooms are equipped with 24/7 hot water, electricity and Wi-Fi. You also have a study section used to prepare for the sessions during the training.

Pre-requisite

It is not mandatory to have a background of yoga before joining the 300 yoga teacher training program. But, it is an advantage if you have little ideas about yoga. You can also do practice at home for a few weeks before joining the program.

Satvik meal is served to the student, which is useful during the practice of yoga and for mental health as well. The food is nourishing and rich in nourishment that will help the body in supporting the exercise sessions by offering vital energy.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Gaggal Airport (DHM). The nearest airport is at Gaggal, about 13 kilometers away from Dharamshala. Gaggal airport connects Dharamshala to Delhi via Air India and Spice Jet flights. Tourists from other parts of India would find it easier to take a flight to Chandigarh and book a taxi for their onward journey to Dharamshala, which is about 275 kilometers away.

Arrival by bus

You can also take a bus from Delhi to Dharmashala. There are government buses and Volvo are run on this route. You can hire a direct cab from Delhi to Dharamshala.

Arrival by train

You can get an overnight train from Delhi to Pathankot and then a local train to Kangra. The taxi journey from Kangra to McLeodganj is about 20 kilometers instead of 90 kilometers from Pathankot. Delhi to Dharamsala by train via Pathankot and Kangra or by air direct (if I can).
