Located in foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India, Dharamsala is a beautiful place. The high altitude of the city presents a breathtaking view that further makes your stay in Dharamsala to learn yoga more memorable. With mountains, waterfalls, and amazing forests, it makes the perfect location for yoga training. This is a ‘spiritual dwelling’ where you can practice yoga in the lap of ‘mother nature’.


From Monday to Friday, you will have three yogic meals daily while on Saturdays, you will be served with breakfast. The food is Indian vegetarian and the menu is carefully designed to provide all the nutrition a yogi needs. Bhagsu Yoga Institute will try their best to accommodate your needs. Vegan or other special dietary requirements can be catered for if you inform them before arrival.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). You may continue with a domestic flight to Gaggal Airport (DHM). There are three to four flights daily, operated by Spice Jet, Air India, and Hahn Air. From Gaggal Airport (DHM), you may benefit from the transfer organized by Bhagsu Yoga Institute.
