Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered in Mexico.
Experience eight days of daily practice, luxury villas, delectable meals, and immersive experiences in paradise. You’ll be staying at a collection of fully-staffed, open-concept modernist villas engulfed by lush vegetation. You’ll enjoy sunrise and sunset yoga sessions from our studio overlooking the Sierra Madre jungle and the pacific ocean. You’ll be served three, chef-prepared, delicious and nutritious meals daily. And you’ll be guided through an amazing snorkeling tour at Los Arcos, hiking in Quimixto: you will take a boat to Quimixto and hike up to beautiful waterfalls, and a day of seva where you get to give back to the local community.
Rather than staying at a typical yoga retreat center, you'll be staying at a collection of one of our fully-staffed, open-concept, modernist jungle villas engulfed by lush vegetation that feels like you're staying in a luxury tree house.
Each retreat is limited to twelve spots in order to foster deep connections among participants and provide a more personal atmosphere. Their aim is to create a feeling of family and comfort during your stay. The guests enjoy daily maid service, freshly-prepared meals by our chef, a tour guide, concierge service and 24/7 security so you can rest, relax and focus on self-care. They handpick experienced, established, and well-regarded yoga teachers who specialize in a variety of disciplines to offer our attendees a complete spectrum of yoga and meditation types and styles.

Alex is inspired by the idea of applying the ancient wisdom of yoga in all aspects of her life and sharing these teachings in ways that are practical. She hopes to encourage sustainable and positive lifestyle changes in others that maximize their ability to cultivate self-love, create big beautiful lives, and experience optimal health.
Alexandra believes that yoga and movement should be healing, fun, and a practice that will last you a lifetime. Alex is an anatomy nerd and self-care expert who helps students maximize their mobility to live pain-free every day. Her hope is to empower you to express the best version of yourself.
As a retired dancer, Jason is inspired by the movement and grace of the human form. He loves diving into anatomy, the psychology of yoga, and stress and how we can use yoga to improve not only our physical health but more importantly our minds and hearts. His personal joy comes from giving people the tools to cultivate stillness, look within, and explore their inner verse and find peace in a sometimes crazy world.
She believes that yoga should be a joyful, fun experience, an exploration of your body, your heart, and your soul. She hopes to inspire people to be more of who they truly are with classes that are welcoming and upbeat, where high fives and dance breaks are always encouraged.
200 hour CYT and Prenatal CYT, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I teach a style of yoga that combines meditation, mantra, physical exercises, and pranayama. By applying the ancient wisdom of yoga in all aspects of my life and sharing these teachings with others in ways that are practical, I hope to encourage sustainable and positive lifestyle changes in others that maximize their ability to cultivate self-love, less stress, and bringing the subconscious conscious, so have a renewed sense of clarity, purpose and well-being.
JULIE: Julie strives to create a healing practice for her students, whether it’s finding moments of stillness and bliss after a sweaty vinyasa flow, or meditative moments throughout a deep yin or restorative class. VIKTORIA: I believe that everything is Yoga as long as it comes from kindness and your heart, be it on or off the mat. Yoga is to unite, to connect, and that is the special magic that happens in a yoga room, on a yoga mat. I look forward to extending this philosophy to this retreat.
I am inspired by the benefits that the practice of yoga can give to our life. If we absorb and apply their teachings in the practices of asanas (postures) with consciousness, then they are reflected in our day to day. My search is based on helping to generate positive and sustainable changes in the lifestyle of people, helping them reach their maximum potential and, thus, their ability to cultivate gratitude, peace, integrity and inner joy.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. I'm Blazia, and yoga changed my whole life. I enjoy the freedom that comes with teaching Vinyasa flow. I strive to keep the practice of yoga mindful for “yoga without mindfulness is just an exercise class.” I am driven by the power of now and stay grounded by that principle while still keeping my classes light-hearted and fun! With roots in the U.S., I find myself currently on a global journey of travel and study. I teach in studios and parks around the world.
I am a licensed therapist, writer, and Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, trained in LifeForce Yoga for Mood Management, and certified in Dancing Mindfulness (an expressive arts therapy modality). For more than 15 years, I’ve been passionate about guiding people on a healing path toward living their most vibrant lives through movement, meditation, creativity, and connection. I’m a RYT200 Yoga Alliance teacher, certified in both vinyasa and yin, and a holistic health coach. I believe that the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, can transform the way in which we live our lives. Through my classes, I help students become more mindful of their bodies, habitual thoughts, and actions. Through this awareness, students are able to harness the power of their mind to manifest and create the life of their dreams. I empower students through movement and breath, help them discover their purpose and passion, and ignite their inner fire for life.
I am inspired by movement, stillness, humans, and nature. I believe in a non-dogmatic approach to yoga, constantly exploring ways to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of race, gender, size, or ability. I teach mindfulness to facilitate deeper connection with self through thoughtfully sequenced, playful vinyasa and yin that’s sweetly soothing to the body, mind and nerves. I hope to inspire deeper self-love and growth in my students.
I have been teaching yoga over 30 years with a focus on movement and awareness to keep the body supple, strong and flexible.
