Julie + Viktoria
JULIE: Julie strives to create a healing practice for her students, whether it’s finding moments of stillness and bliss after a sweaty vinyasa flow, or meditative moments throughout a deep yin or restorative class. VIKTORIA: I believe that everything is Yoga as long as it comes from kindness and your heart, be it on or off the mat. Yoga is to unite, to connect, and that is the special magic that happens in a yoga room, on a yoga mat. I look forward to extending this philosophy to this retreat.
I am inspired by the benefits that the practice of yoga can give to our life. If we absorb and apply their teachings in the practices of asanas (postures) with consciousness, then they are reflected in our day to day. My search is based on helping to generate positive and sustainable changes in the lifestyle of people, helping them reach their maximum potential and, thus, their ability to cultivate gratitude, peace, integrity and inner joy.

"An amazing time!! "
About everything - from the location, food to the sunrise and sunset yoga classes- were above and beyond what I had expected. Truly, words can't describe to peacefulness, kindness and just absolute heaven this yoga retreat is all about. I spent a week at the penthouse in one of the 6 open-concept villas, perched high with an unbeatable view of the jungle and the sea/beach. After a day at the beautiful beach, I cooled down in the villa's personal pool. Just heaven. Now, let me talk to you about the food - this is definitely the healthiest and tastiest food I've ever eaten. Prepared daily by a personal chef, you just get incredible meals. I've found my own paradise!

"Magical place so worth a visit!"
Honestly, I cannot complain about anything. The accomodation was great, the food delicious (the chefs are awesome! So creative and although the dishes are very healthy, they’re sooo tasty - not that i would say those two exclude each other.) Everyone was totally friendly. i also had a whatsapp group with the staff, for organizing the excursions, or for problems or questions. All in all, every possible thing was done to make me have an amazing time, and i had :)
Also, I was new to yoga and the yoga teacher was so patient, super kind and taught me loads of things. Besides, the view from the yoga studio is stunning :)
