7 Day Wild Spirit of Ibiza Yoga Retreat in Ibiza - For free spirits and those who want to be

Begin your mornings in silent reflection with a cup of tea connecting with nature before the yoga practice. Get nourished by BeYogi Ibiza plant-based chef with organic and local delights. Some afternoons will be free to chill, enjoy a massage or other treatment, swim in the pool, and some others you will visit the hippie market, dance to the drums on the beach or explore the island.

Wind down in the evening with a restorative yoga class and breath work or release body, mind, and soul with an ecstatic dance ceremony. BeYogi Ibiza has a real Mongolian hurt available to do deeper healing work! Please read the daily program to learn more about the daily activities.

Itinerary

Day 1

After checking into your room and settling in you will have a grounding welcome yoga session and an opening circle followed by a delicious welcome feast!

Day 2

Rise and enjoy the silent morning with a cup of tea and a light breakfast. You will head for a two-hour yoga practice before you come together for a brunch buffet.

After some one-on-one wellness talk, you will head down to Benirras beach with a picnic and have time to chill and swim. At around 7 p.m., the drummers will start their weekly ritual and you can dance into the night (there will be an earlier and a later transfer so no worries if you're not a late-night owl)! A bowl of soup to warm you up will wait for you at home before bed.

Day 3

Morning in silence with two-hour yoga practice followed by brunch. Receive your complimentary full body massage and have your one-on-one wellness talk if you didn't yesterday. Time to enjoy the finca's pool and sunbathe. Additional treatments can be booked for the following days.

After a sweet afternoon snack, you will gather in the yurt for some Restorative Yin yoga and breathwork. After dinner, you will go up to the hill to watch the sunset over the bay.

Day 4

Sip your tea in silence and enjoy a light yogi breakfast in nature. After your two-hour morning yoga practice, you will enjoy a delicious brunch buffet. Enjoy some additional treatments and/or therapies this afternoon or go exploring around the property. The way to the beach is also walkable, you can reach it in about 20 minutes by foot.

You will gather with the group for BeYogi Ibiza surprise guest in the yurt for a special evening. Afterward, you'll head to dinner and then relax into the night. From up here, it is amazing to star gaze.

Day 5

You will depart for beach yoga this morning where BeYogi Ibiza will also take some snacks for swimming and mud bathing after yoga. You return to the finca for a later brunch and have some time to chill. After tea and snack, you depart for a nature hike to the mystical Tanit cave. Leave an offering for the goddess if you like. Return to the finca for short legs up the wall and breath practice followed by dinner.

Day 6

Enjoy morning tea and snack in silence followed by two hours of yoga practice on the deck. After a delicious brunch, you have time for additional treatments, swim, sunbathe, and read. BeYogi Ibiza offer an afternoon snack after which you will gather for a closing ceremony and an ecstatic dance celebration.

The celebration doesn't stop here. You will have dinner out at BeYogi Ibiza favorite restaurant on the island! You will love it! Please note the cost of the dinner is extra and you'll need to count about 30 EUR.

Day 7

BeYogi Ibiza have a sleep in and cozy brunch before you hug and kiss and everyone departs on their onward journey.

The island of Ibiza has since the '60s attracted people that craved a lifestyle away from the system and looking to express their colorful selves where it was accepted. So it was that artists, musicians, “free spirits” and dancers landed in this little piece of paradise where they could be accepted and free.
