You will need a phone, laptop, tablet, or device, and your mat. BeWell Yoga can take care of the rest.

How the training works

There are optional live hours for teaching practice. Optional live hours amount to eight hours. There are also one-to-one calls with trainers. They amount to three hours. In total, this is a 45-hour self-paced online course with approximately 11 hours of live sessions or conversations with trainers. Basically, there are four weeks laid out for this course. On a case by case basis, you can take a little longer to complete the course. However, access to weekly live teaching practice sessions is for the selected course period only. There are two live sessions per week. The tools used to create the course are:

  • Pre-recorded videos to deliver the teaching content of the course
  • Theory, required reading, and written exercises
  • Optional attendance at teaching practice sessions held live on Zoom
  • Attendance of one-to-one review sessions held with trainers live on Zoom
  • Website portal with the layout of the entire course

  • Thursday 16:00 - 17:30

What to expect?

This is a self-paced online course that you can follow from the comfort and safety of your own home in your own time. In saying that, this is not a 'one way' lonely experience. You can expect interaction with other yoga teaching practice students alongside one to one coaching sessions with trainers (if you wish). The course is made up of over 100 hours of:

  • Yoga teacher training focused asana classes to get you back in the zone (optional)
  • Yoga teacher training focused meditations and pranayama exercises to get you back in the zone (optional)
  • In-depth Vinyasa Flow posture clinics
  • Teaching sequence cues and notes
  • Teaching practice sessions
  • Lots of alignment and teaching practice homework
  • Homework unique to your goals and abilities set out by trainers

  • Each teaching practice session is hosted by a BeWell trainer and you will receive private individual feedback

  • Where group sizes allow, they will connect you to others on the program who would like to practice their teaching skills via Zoom group meetups
