How the retreat works
This online retreat consists of 10 live sessions of 60 minutes each, 5 days a week Monday to Friday. These carefully structured sessions are focused on definite outcomes.
These are group classes with two one-on-one consultations available - one before, and one after the program.
Depending on the time zones of the participants of a batch, we will work out mutually comfortable timings for the sessions.
The group size is small so personalized attention will be paid.
