During this yoga retreat, you will be accommodated at Naya Retreat Centre. It is situated in Ubud, the spiritual heart of Bali, where you will make good use of nature, wellness facilities, organic restaurant, and spa to rejuvenate and engage you on the journey towards balance, embodiment, and full aliveness.

Beta Lisboa Yoga Retreats Bali Program

The day will start at 08:00 with a wake-up yoga class followed with a delicious brunch. In the midday, you will have time for a workshop followed by a light lunch then free time for massages, pool, steam grotto, and rest. In the late afternoon, you will have time for a workshop followed by healthy dinner and evening celebration programs. The program combines Beta’s offers of spiral and yin facial yoga, Vital Essence Trauma Release Breathwork, mindfulness meditations with Kirtan (devotional chants), Agnihotra (fire ceremony), Vigyan Bhairav Tantra Meditations, Ayurvedic workshop, Sarasa (self massage and self pleasure), "The Touch of Love" (Sneham massage exchange), Danza Ritual Elemental Power, love and kindness practices (Metta), one Balinese massage, and silent time to integrate your experience.

During Vigyan Bhairav Tantra Meditations, you will learn that practices in daily life come from this traditional text, where Shiva and Shakti have a conversation, and he guides here into an exploration of awareness through all the senses. You will experience the power of some of these meditations so that you can bring this practice home and integrate them into your daily life. It is simple, profound, clear inspiration that will unfold in a lifetime.

During Sarasa, you will start with your own bodies, feeling the nuances of our own touch, in exploration and curiosity, sensitivity, and depth. This is a free flow exploration to extend our ability to allow relaxation and pleasure, deepening our connection with our own body-heart, thus also becoming more receptive when touched by others. This is an inspirational session with suggestions, but not direct guidance, so you have the freedom to follow your own impulses, your level of comfort, and needs. It's the most beautiful daily practice.

During The Touch of Love (Sneham Massage Exchange), you will learn that the essential quality of touch according to Ayurveda principles is love. Sneham means love and oleation. So, it means that when we are using oils to nourish the skin, we are bringing love into the body. This quality is the core of all techniques. This massage exchange will focus on the power of healing and integration that love carries. There will be guidance to connect with the different energetic constitutions and specific designs to balance their individual needs. It is an experience that can be shared further with your family, lovers, children, and friends in any environment at any time.

During Danza Ritual Elemental Power, there will be an opening to the sounds of the 5 elements allowing your body to express and flow in freedom and joy. Elemental power invites the vibration of different qualities, activating their physical-emotional-mental expressions. Dancing to feel, dancing to invite, dancing to express, dancing to love, dancing to enhance aliveness.

This is a women only retreat, and typical participants include those who are looking to get away from their busy lives and take a break to focus on themselves. The environment created in these retreats is conducive to giving yourself exactly what you need; whether it’s a bit of pampering or expanding your knowledge. Beta Lisboa
(Power Yoga, Yin Yoga)
Beta Lisboa offers a result of more than 20 years of dedicated experience of spiritual self-development techniques, a refined combination of yoga styles, mindfulness, myofascial release bodywork, trauma release breathwork, and somatic experiencing therapist. Beta moved to Boston, where her love for Ashtanga and Power yoga was born while frequenting Baron Baptiste classes. She then got certified in an Ashtanga-based Power yoga at the Soft and Hard Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and in Myofascial Release Therapy at the Palmers Institute of Bodywork.
