This Subtle Body module focus on the energetic aspects of the physical body through the studies of the Chakra and Meridian systems. A program dedicated to women’s health and transformation. Take care of your inner wellbeing at the comfort of your own home with Beta Lisboa.
Through this training, you will receive 30 hours of contact live in a Zoom room, divided by six hours per day for five days and 15 hours of pre-recorded videos of Yin Fascial Yoga sequences. There will also be two hours of pre-recorded meditations and breath techniques and eight non-contact hours for personal studies (reading, homework, self-practice, lesson plans build-up, and teaching practices). These non-contact hours will be the subject of a teacher's report with feedback.
This training is about an in-depth study of the energetics of fascia applied to Yin Fascial Yoga for complete practice and teachings. Its main focus is the five elements organ system relating to the endocrine system, the emotional, and psychological development of the Chakra and the TCM meridian system, and how it all relates to cultivating the health of the women’s menstrual cycle. This is an understanding of how trauma is stored in the fascial system using the knowledge of the chakras and meridian as healing modalities. A very important component of this program in relation to an understanding of the energetic role of fascia related to your emotional wellbeing. Throughout the course, Beta Lisboa will be sharing specific practical techniques that support women’s health healing and longevity at all levels. It will be a powerful and transformational journey with Beta.
Beta Lisboa offers a result of more than 20 years of dedicated experience of spiritual self-development techniques, a refined combination of yoga styles, mindfulness, myofascial release bodywork, trauma release breathwork, and somatic experiencing therapist. Beta moved to Boston, where her love for Ashtanga and Power yoga was born while frequenting Baron Baptiste classes. She then got certified in an Ashtanga-based Power yoga at the Soft and Hard Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and in Myofascial Release Therapy at the Palmers Institute of Bodywork.
Zoe will share and unpack the complex, yet profoundly simple, principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in an approachable and engaging way. Her highest intention for this training is to give you tangible ways to incorporate the TCM principles with ZangFu-inspired yoga.
