Simon has been involved in Eastern practices since the age of five, where he was introduced to judo and the elements of mindful practice in relation to body awareness. At 13, Simon was introduced to a Benedictine monk who introduced him to western spiritual sciences of "teilhard de chardin," and other western esoteric enlightenment systems. At 17, Simon came to study with Master Choy, a Daoist master from China who taught the Taoist perspective to life, mindfulness, Qigong, and internal cultivation.
Lindsey began teaching yoga to children even before she had 3 children of her own. Since becoming a mother, she has blossomed even more fully into her wholehearted love of sharing yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices to children. She has completed yoga teacher training with Rainbow Kids Yoga, Blossom Birth Prenatal, School of Sacred Arts, Radiantly Alive, and Yoga Energetics. She's begun her Yin yoga 500 hours with Sarah Powers. She merges her education with her intuitive nature to create practices that are suited for each group and student.
