Join Liz and Tania for their third retreat at Braziers Park. So much to celebrate - with the coming of Spring and strengthening your energy for the summer more outward months. Liz and Tania so loved teaching at Braziers Park at the Spring in Equinox in 2018 and 2019 that they have decided to return and to teach a similar weekend in 2020.

During this retreat you will stay at Braziers Park. All rooms are comfortable and charming. All bathrooms are shared. A limited number of single rooms are available.

Program

There will be Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to strengthen and energise in the mornings and Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra in the afternoons and evenings. At Braziers Park you are fortunate to be looked after by the amazing team there who seem to miraculously provide gorgeous food for every intolerance and special requirement - they left with new recipes last year!

Liz and Tania also hope to have a fire outside with some singing and Spring Equinox fire ceremony. All levels of yoga are welcome.

This retreat will take place at Braziers Park, a warm grade II listed country manor house, set deep in the rolling Chiltern Hills of South Oxfordshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

You will have delicious organic and vegetarian daily meals cooked by Charlotte. Please do advise Bermondsey Fayre if you have any dietary needs.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at Heathrow Airport (LHR).

Arrival by train

You can take the train direct from Paddington to Goring and Streatly. One possible train is the 14.45 train which will get you in at 15.36. Braziers is a short taxi ride from the station. You will need to preorder a taxi via Murdocks Taxi Company Ltd - so maybe best to coordinate with each other if travelling at the same time.

The alternative route is to take the 14.30 to Reading which arrives at 14.55 and then take the bus x40 at 15.20. The driver should be able to tell you where to get off for Braziers Park. Some people took this option last year and said it was very easy.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 16.94% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 13 days before arrival.
