Immerse yourself in a wonderful way to take time for yourself, deepen your yoga practice, relax, and enjoy good food and good company. This weekend yoga retreat with Liz Dillon and Tania Plahay will bring you harmony, balance, and vitality. The yoga classes will offer a balance of Hatha yoga, asana (physical postures), and pranayama (breath work and meditation). The Vinyasa and Restorative yoga sessions will be strengthening and rejuvenating. It’s the perfect getaway for your weekend!
During this retreat you will stay at Braziers Park. All rooms are comfortable and charming. All bathrooms are shared. A limited number of single rooms are available.
Liz and Tania will teach a combination of energizing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga combined with therapeutic practices of Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra to nourish the body and mind. One evening you will have a bonfire, with singing and chanting (weather permitting).
This retreat will take place at Braziers Park, a warm grade II listed country manor house, set deep in the rolling Chiltern Hills of South Oxfordshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
