Patrick Harrington
Patrick Harrington is living a life that inspires him. A former serial entrepreneur, Patrick once started businesses he thought would earn him enough money to live a life full of meaning and difference-making. He was always searching for the means to an end. It wasn't until his yoga teacher training in 2001 that he found a way to combine his love of business with an end in itself. His classes reflect this intimate and vulnerable process and allow his students and fellow teachers to relate on a level that transforms.
Cameron Dabney Harrington
Cameron is a Somatic Soul Coach, a lifestyle yogini and co-founder of Kindness Yoga Studios with her husband Patrick. After years of advanced Pilates training, Cameron received her first yoga certification in 2009 through the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Since she has trained with numerous leaders around the US and is in the midst of a 1000-hour Ayurveda training with Shakti Ayurveda School. As a Somatic Soul Coach, Cameron guides her clients home to the innate wisdom of their bodies.
Retreat location
Nosara, Costa Rica, is worlds away from the bustling, developed areas of the country. It is known as a surf and yoga Mecca, combined with a Cosmopolitan vibe provided by the many world travelers who visit the destination annually. This West Coast corner of Costa Rica has been protected from over-development by the national park system. This system, along with the dedication of local residents, keeps the beaches clear, the forest lush and the monkeys happy.
