Una is an artist, yogini, world traveler, and inspired instigator. She earned a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her master's degree in Education at the University of Denver, but ultimately learned the most by traveling the world on a solo journey that lasted two years and took her to 22 countries. While in Costa Rica, she discovered the Nosara Yoga Institute, which allowed her to become certified with Yoga Alliance. She teaches Alignment-based flow classes that are mindful for beginners as well as challenging for more advanced practitioners.
Embarking on a class with Ellen Kaye often begins with story, infuses the body with dance and ends in song. With an extensive background in movement, music and theater, Ellen invites her students to courageously practice something bigger than the pose. She believes each moment we navigate on the mat is a reflection of our daily lives.
Jeremy Wolf’s interest in mind and body began at a young age when he became a teacher of Taekwondo and Capoeira. He is a longtime meditator and has formally studied yoga since 1998. In 2006 Jeremy received his classical yoga teaching certification in Nasik, India. He studies with a variety of teachers, especially Rod Stryker’s school of ParaYoga. Jeremy is also a Reiki master and a DJ for French label Ultimae Records. His classes seek to incorporate the holistic practice of yoga, emphasizing the form’s deeply spiritual origin.
Patrick Harrington is living a life that inspires him. A former serial entrepreneur, Patrick once started businesses he thought would earn him enough money to live a life full of meaning and difference-making. He was always searching for the means to an end. It wasn't until his yoga teacher training in 2001 that he found a way to combine his love of business with an end in itself. His classes reflect this intimate and vulnerable process and allow his students and fellow teachers to relate on a level that transforms.
Well-recognized for live painting skills, Autumn has been featured at festivals like Envision (Costa Rica), Beloved (Oregon), Eclipse (Australia), and Alchemeyez (Hawaii), while also appearing in The Bloom Series documentary on Visionary Art: Vessels of the Divine. Her works have been exhibited worldwide, as well as appearing in numerous books, magazines, and online journals. Having led workshops in Canada and abroad, she was invited to the academy to share her creative approach and technical expertise in both the preparatory phase (drawing, subject matter) and development phase.
Andrea is a master herbalist and proprietor of Holistic Body Therapy, an internationally distributed line of wild-crafted and plant-based health products. Certified in shamanic studies, yoga, and massage, Andrea leads classes in creative empowerment and natural medicine. With Andrea’s guidance, you’ll create an individualized natural essence inspired by your own personal aspiration.
Natalie is certified as a clairvoyant reader and healer by the Inner Connection Institute in Denver Colorado. Natalie’s spiritual awakening began in 1997 that led to a decade of intensive work with a spiritual mentor, Dawn Eagle Woman. On this sojourn she explored many esoteric traditions, gleaning what resonated with her truth. Natalie has published numerous articles in newspapers and magazines and has blogged regularly on the topic of accessing intuition since 2010. She is in the process of writing several books that she intends to finish with a little levity, luck, and discipline.

Lindsay is an ex-college athlete who found yoga as a wonderful way to help heal her sports injuries, as she continued her practice she quickly realized yoga was a great way to help also quiet her busy mind. Lindsay teaches a style of Hot yoga where poses are held a little longer to access a powerful connection to your body. Her practice is accessible to all levels of yogis and focuses on being in the body and relaxing the mind. She creates a safe space for her students to breathe, let go, and each practice at their own working level.
Shannon Gill-Jones is an evolutionary astrologer, Jungian counselor, and agent of personal and collective transformation. With a background in Buddhist psychology, dance therapy, various modalities of soul-work, and indigenous ceremonial arts, Shannon facilitates transformative personal and group experiences utilizing the integration of the wisdom of the cosmos, embodiment practices, sacred ceremony, and ritual. Shannon has a private practice, teaches, hosts retreats, and also serves as the vice president of the Astrological Society.
Jody is a seasoned educator in body, mind, philosophy, and healthful living. Experience with addiction, PTSD, brain tumor, and infectious disease has deepened her understanding of how a comprehensive yoga practice can help to understand and overcome those challenges. Since undergoing brain surgery, her studies have shifted to Yin yoga. She had multiple Restorative yoga training with Judith Lasater and Jillian Pransky. Her tertiary wellness training includes Inner Light Method, Neurosculpting Facilitator, SourcePoint Therapy, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Response Therapy Practitioner.

Katie is the founder of a yoga and lifestyle clothing brand, The OM Collection. Formerly a lawyer and competitive triathlete, Katie has practiced yoga since 2001 and been a daily meditator since 2007. Carola is a German native who is passionate about nature/outdoor sports, travel and sharing the healing practice of yoga. This retreat was hosted by Una and Patrick. It was an excellent way to structure the year ahead with goal setting via journaling, meditation and group work. The setting at Bodhi Tree was perfect offering daily yoga and delicious healthy food and juices/smoothies. I was also able to connect with an inspiring group of people who I look forward to seeing again!
