      Belinda is an experienced yoga teacher and facilitator of international yoga holidays. She has spent more than 20 years living and studying the cultures and traditions of Asia. Her passion and enthusiasm for the spiritual tradition of yoga are enhanced and complemented by her down-to-earth, easy delivery teaching of this ancient philosophy. Belinda has a particular interest in developing opportunities for people to come together and learn the system of yoga as a tool for total well-being.

      Cindy has a wealth of experience leading workshops in New Zealand, England, Ireland, India, and Australia. Cindy is a heart centered, engaging nutritionist and educator. She uses iris, tongue, and nail analysis to uncover issues, as well as a full case take. Cindy understands the confusing world of diets and nutrition, information and choices. From a base of experience and knowledge about nutrition and herbs, she will help you make great decisions for your well-being; designing specific guidelines for your individual body type, health issues, and food preferences.

    This yoga retreat will take place in the healing mountain matrix of Vang Vieng, Laos.

    The price of this retreat includes daily breakfast including green juices and fruit and healthy, vitality enhancing vegetarian lunch. You will also have two days of guided detox and practical sessions on raw and healthy food preparation, combined with teachings on the principles of nutrition, including gut health, good fats, and macro or micro nutrients.
