2 Day Online Yoga Nidra Workshop with Mindful Movement Practices

This is a two-day Yoga Nidra workshop to deeply rest yourself. Learn and explore the deep resting power of Yoga Nidra facilitated live on Zoom. There are two mindful movements practices, four different guided yoga Nidra, and some time to discuss, explore, and learn tools and tips to start your self-practice. It is short yet intense and effective. It will give you the opportunity to connect with your peers and share experiences if you want to. You will be guided by 2 instructors, Beatrice and Ligia, who both have a deep knowledge of yoga Nidra and mindful movement.

Each month has a specific theme inspired by the different aspects of our Being, known as Koshas in the Yoga world, as stages in a Nidra and simply put our human condition. Enquiry for more details about the themes.

This is a series of different workshops so depending on which dates you book, the theme will be different:

  • October theme: Mind in lockdown (stress, anxiety, resilience & gratitude)
  • November theme: Intuitive Wisdom and Finding Joy Today
  • December theme: Welcome changes for 2021

Tools required

Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, belt, blocks or thicker pillows, internet connection, and computer.

How the retreat works

You will join 2 sessions of 2.5 to 3 hours each within two days via Zoom. Total live hours are 5 hours 30 minutes

Daily schedule (GMT+1)

Day 1

  • 10:00 - Welcome and intentions sharing, Nidra defined
  • 10:20 - Yoga Nidra on the specific theme depending on the dates
  • 10:40 - Mindful movement practice and Nidra
  • 11:40 - 5 min break + Science says...
  • 12:00 - Yoga Nidra
  • 12.30 - Feedback, suggested practice, end of Day 1

Day 2

  • 17.00 - homework discussions, Nidra defined
  • 17.20 - Yoga Nidra on a specific theme
  • 17:40 - Mindful movement practice and Nidra
  • 18.40 - 5 min break + Science says... (depending on theme)
  • 19.00 - Yoga Nidra breath
  • 19.30 - Suggested practice, Questions, end of retreat closing meditation

This yoga workshop is held online. Beeyogi is based in London, UK (GMT+1) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
