Join Caroline Kelley for this extraordinary, methodical journey into the eight limbs of yoga. You will gain experience and tools to safely advance your practice, live a mindful lifestyle, and teach alignment classes infused with yogic philosophy. The curriculum is intended for advancing students who wish to deepen their practice and for aspiring teachers who are looking for a course that provides the tools with which to teach intelligently and confidently. This rich program will certify students to teach alignment-focused and philosophically inspired Hatha and Vinyasa classes. This includes the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, pre and post-natal foundations, as well as the benefits of yoga asana and pranayama. This training is offered by a dedicated and supportive teacher. Group size is limited to 10 to 14 people to ensure there is a vibrant group dynamic and everyone receives personalized guidance and continued support after the training.

Accommodation

All rooms are with polished travertine floors, pillow­‐top mattresses with 300 thread‐count organic sheets, custom­‐crafted teak and rattan furniture, and private travertine bathrooms with organic bath towels. All rooms have views of the ocean and the gardens, as well as chaise lounges on your personal terrace overlooking the beach.

Daily schedule

Below is an outline of each day. The first and last day are modified schedules and you will have two full days off. The curriculum is paced to ensure you absorb the teaches and develop a sustainable life long practice.

  • 06:00 LED gentle asana, pranayama, and meditation
  • 07:00 Coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks
  • 07:30 - 10:00 Asana practice with analysis of alignment, modifications, effective cues, benefits and contra-indications, and more
  • 10:00 Breakfast
  • Free time / project time
  • 13:30 Lunch
  • 14:30 - 18:30 Studies (i.e applied anatomy, practice teaching, philosophical discussions, and more)
  • 18:30 Dinner
  • 19:30 Chanting and meditation

Enjoy fine Mexican and international recipes using the freshest ingredients, including numerous vegetables, lettuces, and herbs from the organic garden. After dinner, retire to the couches around the fireplace for a digestif to end your day. Tea, coffee, and water all day.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
