BE Yoga Retreats invite you to join them for their popular summer yoga retreat set in the Vale of the White Horse. This is their fourth visit to this stunning location, this is a wonderful opportunity to escape the stresses and strains of every day life and enjoy a wonderful weekend of yoga meditation, relaxation and delicious home cooked vegetarian food. Be Yoga Retreats offer you a perfectly balanced schedule giving you plenty of activities, whilst ensuring you leave the retreat relaxed and rejuvenated.
The accommodation at this venue is arranged in a traditional bunkhouse style. There are two sizes of dormitories - four beds and 12 beds. There is a 12 bed dorm, available to women only. The four beds dormitories have two bunk beds and can be booked for three to four persons if you are traveling in a group. The accommodation is basic, and all rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities. Bedding is provided, but you will need to bring your own towel.
Enjoy a packed schedule including yoga classes (outdoors in good weather), meditation, relaxation walks along the ridgeway, opportunity to book a massage, fun creative workshops and much more. You will be joined again by the Beechen family caterers, and Kathy will be cooking up more of her much loved, homemade vegetarian treats. Each retreat has a theme running though the weekend such as Mudra and Bandha, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and The five Sheaths of Consciousness. The theme for this retreat will be The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent, BE Yoga Retreats will try to run as many activities at the outdoor as possible, however in bad weather they will be run inside in the studio.

The menu is lovingly prepared by Becky and Elise's parents and experienced retreat caterers Kathy and Bob. They provide delicious home cooked vegetarian cuisine, always healthy but very tasty.
In between the activities, there is some free time for you to relax, during which you can go for a walk, relax in the grounds with a cup of tea or a good book, do a little shopping at the BE Yoga Retreats shop where there are homemade yoga related items for sale.

The Court Hill Centre is two miles south of Wantage just off the A338 Wantage to Hungerford road, and a quarter mile from the Ridgeway National Trail. Nearby train stations are at Didcot and Oxford, and there are good road links via the M4 and M40.
