During this retreat, you will be staying at Yoga Mangalam. It is a retreat center situated in Tvååker. The course farm is idyllically situated just south of Varberg, in the middle of the fantastic Åkulla beech forests, which is one of Sweden’s foremost beech forests considering the wealth of unusual and endangered species there.

The course center is adapted for a group of up to 25 people. The main building has a large new kitchen and dining room. The call rooms yoga hall is 60 square meters for 25 people and a full 3.5 meters high in ceilings, as well as a wonderfully crackling wood stove.

There are several bedrooms in the main building, a two-person room, as well as a beautiful quadruple room with windows to meadows and beech forest. There is a well-liked attic room space for eight people where you can fall asleep to a starry sky a clear night. There are several showers and toilet options available.

Module Sarasvati is dedicated to her, the goddess of knowledge and sacred arts. In this course, we will get to know the meaning of Devi, the sacred feminine, according to the vedic tradition and vision. Devi is self-shining, love, and has all power and knowledge. She is trustworthy, non-judgmental and compassionate towards all beings. It is said that there is only Devi, all that is here are sacred.

In reality, there is only one non-dual being that appears as many forms, names, and functions. Sarasvati, is the painter, the painting and the painted. What a beautiful contemplation. As it appears, we women appear as many forms and shapes, coming from different backgrounds, cultures, and traditions. In this module, you will overcome those dividing factors and discover that you have so much in common.

You are a conscious being that wants love, nourishment, as well as freedom from rivalry, jealousy, competition, and the sense of unworthiness. We want to be free from pain and focus on the differences we will be in pain. The solution is to focus on the truth, that you and I are from one and the same source, love.

That means you and I are in reality, one and the same being. A being that is in its essence loving and caring, filled with jewels and magic. You will discover that the source of love, security, and happiness you seek in life is yourself and that you have all the ingredients that are required in order to live a fulfilling and content life.

At times, you can feel alone and isolated from the world. Women’s circles are powerful and healing. When women come together, magic happens, nourishment takes place, and healing is happening. Listening to each other's stories, sharing each other's joys, and moments of difficulties empower women and create a sacred bond. You will learn how to set up a sacred space for women to come together, to heal, grow, and come to find ourselves.

You will share the importance of having an altar, the foundations, the basics, and the key ingredients to successfully hold a circle for women. The same tools can also be applied for circles for men and women. Yet primarily, you will be focusing on the sacred feminine by starting with yourselves. It is important to commit to one's own emotional, spiritual, and cognitive growth in order to be equipped and support others in their journey.

In this course, they nurture themselves in the company of other women. They are not alone and they can support each other in this healing process.

Women have come together for eons to pray for their families and the world’s well being. In the woman’s heart, the whole world is contained, worthy to discover and cherish. The light of knowledge clears up the darkness of ignorance and removes all pain and suffering. It is the light that represents Sarasvati, she who is knowledgeable.

There are classes on the sacred feminine, sacred cycles, sacred sexuality, morning rituals and practices, mantras, sacred chants and songs, guided meditations, yoga, and dance. As well as pelvic floor health, introduction to yoni egg practices, stress and hormonal/fertility problems, sharings around pregnancy, and sexuality after having given birth. As well as the important aspects of the art of listening and communication.

They will also dive into the teachings of vedanta, which reveal the nature of being whole and complete here and now. Through this, you will discover love and compassion.

Content and class description

Be Woman Project hope to cover all of them, yet they want to also take the time needed for each process and allow the unfoldment of the training to be organic and natural according to Devi’s needs. They ask for your understanding and heart to be open to receive as things are given and being unfolded.

That is the way of the sacred feminine, ever in sacred symbiosis with what is. Of course if at any time Devi really doesn’t want to partake in any of the activities that are respected and honored, Be Woman Project encourage you to trust the process and allow the heart to melt.

Rituals and ceremonies

Mantras and guided meditation help you to manage emotions, overcome fears, and obstacles that hinder your natural loving expression in life.

This is a magical expression and participation mystique, a regression to the magical child yet this time with wisdom, understanding, and depth.

  • Bhakti

It is an attitude that invites to reside your hearts in and through every expression, practice, and learning. When you see what you have, it goes to the infinite. Everything is given, including your body, mind, and sense complex. When this fact is assimilated, then devotion is natural.

  • Devi classes

Learn about the essential nature, you will learn that you are lovable and worthy just as you are. Through stories from vedic mythology, you will find lots of inspiration and support in life. You will learn that the body is a temple, it neutralize complexes and judgments around it. Be Woman Project find a source of help and support through the teachings of vedanta and the sharing with other women.

  • Devi circles

Devi circles are magical but at times scary because there will be sharing of each others' stories and also reveal ourselves. You will learn how to invoke courage and strength to express out loud what has been untold. For many carry shame, guilt, hurt, judgments, and fears.

One of the best ways to overcome them is to share, give voice to them, and see that you are not alone. There is a background for it and there was helplessness. You can ask for help and you are worthy of it. Be Woman Project is ready to offer back what does not serve any longer. Based on different themes, you will see how you have been conditioned and maybe holding on to wrong ideas and notions.

In loving, compassionate, and non-judgmental ways, you let them go and unlearn. The sacred dance and yoga help to process emotions, these practices are healing, strengthening, nourishing, and simply beautiful.

  • Puja

Puja is a vedic ritual, it is a prayer with offerings. In a Puja, you will sit in front of an altar. It can be an established altar where you deliberately and consciously superimpose the universal power onto an object of your preference. It can also be somewhere in nature, near the ocean, in the woods, or on top of a mountain where we use the elements as the object of worship.

In a Puja, the individual relates to the total and whole. The whole represents all knowledge, all power, and all-pervasiveness. It is the giver of all fruits of action and the cause of the whole universe. In other words, it is the infallible order.

They look upon the whole universe, known and unknown, as a conscious being that manifests as forms and names. All of which is considered to be sacred and is not to be taken for granted.

Through the puja, you will express your gratitude and invoke help, guidance, and blessings for the journey of life through prayers, mantras, and offerings.

It is a way to sanctify and spiritualize one's life, either through daily puja and/or occasional puja for birth, birthdays, marriage, initiation into adulthood, and death. Most anything can be celebrated and acknowledged through a puja ceremony.

  • Meditation

Be Woman Project seek harmony, peace, and well being. When you are in nature, you will experience that satisfaction. When you look at the sun, in the sky, see the clouds, the birds, the mountains, the trees, and animals you are accepting, at least in general. Yet when we meet and relate to people such as your mother, father, partner, sister, and brother, or employer. You find yourself struggling and wanting them to behave in a certain manner.

You find yourself wanting to change people, wanting to change the situation so that you can find that harmony again. It never works like that.

You have to find that satisfaction within yourself, discovering that you are the very meaning of satisfaction. You don’t need to change the world, you can be accepting, compassionate, loving, caring, and prayerful.

In meditation, you will find harmony with what is, you will find a place of spaciousness, accommodation, and objectivity. You will discover that place is yourself, that there is always a place where you can rest and find solace and strength to face the many challenges of life. A life of growth, of maturing, and of gaining clarity about the truth of myself, the world and God.

  • Vedic chanting

Mantras are specific prayers that have their origin in the vedas. Chanting is a form of prayer through which you can invoke the grace of the giver who is the source of all knowledge and has all power.

Every action has a result and so do prayers, the result will be in the form of punyam, which is the unseen factor that helps to neutralize obstacles in your daily lives and grants you wishes. The mantra chanting absorbs, integrates, heals, transforms, and invokes blessings and protection.

  • Vedanta

Vedanta is the end portion of the vedas that teaches Brahma Vidya, the knowledge of the limitless being, which is, according to the Upanishads, the self.

Vedanta reveals that the nature of I is free from any limitation, it is one and non-dual being. The general understanding of the I is ‘I am limited’ time-wise, space-wise, and knowledge-wise. It is because of this conclusion that you are struggling to become happy. This is what is referred to as ‘samsara’.

In order to get out of that endless cycle of birth and death, you need to know the essential nature as free from death, free from change, and free from any limitations.

Sacred feminine yoga practice

Supports your bodies to be strong, safe, and comfortable to live in. Listening to the phases of your feminine home, you honor and heal rather than discipline and override the sensitive emotional and physiological shifts.

Pelvic healthcare

Explore practices to reconnect to the pelvic floor, expanding on the general moola bandha: Root lock, exploring more subtle, and focused ways of activation. Learn how to engage, relax, and stretch different parts of the pelvic floor. The base of support for the spine and organs, it is a highly sensitive energetic center, a part of the body connected to strong emotions such as pleasure and shame. The pelvic floor is of great importance in your lives but often disconnected from and forgotten.

Be Woman Project will acknowledge this part of your bodies for the structural, sensual, and spiritual value that holds mother, father, partner, sister, and brother, and employer. You will find yourself struggling and wanting them to behave in a certain manner.

Core erotic blueprint evaluation

It is a map that helps you to understand your own sexuality and the sexuality of your lover. This map gives you clues about how to best arouse someone, what techniques to use and how they like to be pleasured.

The erotic blueprint shows you how you are erotically wired. Learning how to understand your own desires provides you with compassion and understanding of each other’s sexual needs and turn-ons.

It shows you where to go, what to do, and what not to do. It’s a guide that gives you information about skill sets you need to take things to the next level. It teaches you your erotic love language with which to communicate compassionately leading you to a clearer path to pleasure.

Just like a fingerprint, it has a core erotic blueprint. Knowing, accepting, and expanding your core erotic wiring can open new doors in your relationship with yourself and others.

What you will learn:

  • Determine what your core erotic blueprint is, so you understand how your arousal and desire work
  • Find your sexuality stage, where you are now and where you want to be
  • Uncover what your partner’s blueprint so you understand how to give greater pleasure to them. If you are single, this is still important, as you would want to know how to determine other people’s blueprints when dating
  • Learn how to feed the five erotic blueprint types, so sexual satisfaction is more likely to be fulfilled
  • Learn how to speak the blueprint language so your words become ways to access greater arousal and your communication becomes something that arouses instead of criticizes
  • Discover how to expand your blueprint so you have more sexual variety, fun, freedom, and set you on the pathway to superhero sex mastery
  • Uncover what obstacles are holding you back so you can find solutions and move toward what you really want to create

Intimacy and consent

The most important thing to know about your sexuality is that it’s yours, completely and permanently. You get to choose if, when, how, and with whom to share it. No one else has the right to choose for you.

It is about receiving and giving what they are and are not, how they really work, how to tell the difference, and why it matters. Understanding this one basic dynamic changes everything. Pleasure feeds the heart. When these dynamics are understood and clear, then the pleasure is richer.

What you will learn:

  • What “giving” and “receiving” really are and why knowing the difference is crucial deeper, freer, and easier on you
  • Your own personal clarity
  • A clear and effective container
  • Skills for consent and empowerment

Healing your sexuality can bring about clarity and empowerment in all areas of life, the experience of compassion and affirmation can wipe away years of shame and confusion.

The next thing to know is that no matter how messed up, confused, or stuck you feel about your sexuality. It can be transformed. Healing is a natural process and an automatic result of paying attention. You are absolutely worth it.

Be Woman Project create a strong container of safety, love, and acceptance so that you can let go, rest into it, and follow your natural process. Your body knows exactly what it needs. Experiences can be sweet and tender, playful, energized, or intense. Emotional release is common.

There is room for you here, your fears, your dreams, and your yearnings. As well as your fully alive, fully feeling, outrageous, deep, wise, and multi-faceted self.
