This retreat is not a vacation spot or a hotel to spend a few days doing yoga. It is based on the practice of yoga and meditation as a balanced and healthy way of life, not as an isolated practice that is done several times a week or month, but as an integral and balanced form of relationship with the environment. We develop this attitude with the daily practice of meditation asanas, pranayamas, chanting mantras and putting into practice that attitude of being present in everyday life, where it's really needed most.

This retreat is suitable both to begin making contact for the first time with meditation and yoga and to deepen the knowledge and practice of both.

This retreat will teach you the healthy benefits of living a yogi life, a life from your own center in the here and now even in every day, especially in the everyday. You can add or subtract practices depending on the depth of practice you need at this point in your life. Be MindfulYoga will help you adapt to the practice of meditation and yoga to your physical condition and needs.

You will stay in shared or private accommodation, you can choose which ever you prefer.


Experience tells us that time to get an experience remarkable changes in your mental, emotional, and physical state that encourage you to continue with the practice back to your daily life, is more than a week. That is why this retreat is designed like this:

  • 07:30 Hatha yoga (beginner-intermediate)
  • 09:00 Hatha yoga (intermediate-advanced)
  • 10:30 Mindfulness guided meditation, Bhakti yoga, dynamic meditation or similar
  • 13:30 Brunch
  • 12:30 Free time
  • 16:30 Dinner
  • 19:00 Yin yoga, mantra and pranayama, dynamic meditation or Qigong
  • 21:00 Optional light dinner
  • 22:00 Rest and silence until 12:00 a.m.

*All the activities are voluntary, you decide the intensity and depth of your retreat. Free healthy snacks, fresh fruits and teas during the day. The optional light dinner will be ready but self service.

Check in time is from 1pm to 5pm. If you need some other time before or after this time let us know in advance to offer you the best option.

The leaving day we need the room empty at 11am but you can stay as long as you need with us until your leaving time, even dinner or evening class here if you want but not the light late dinner.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 20 days before the arrival date.
