The Be Kind villa is inspired by bohemian and Indonesian designs. You will find comfortable hangouts around the garden, house, and kitchen for relaxing and calming the mind. The villa is ideal for those who want a peaceful, small, and private retreat surrounded by beautiful nature. You are free to rent a bicycle and explore by yourself.

Be Kind Retreats Bali believe in the power of self-healing. This means during the program we will GUIDE you on your healing journey. They will focus on learning YOU how to shift your life. Be Kind Retreats Bali believe every person can do this, you only need to have the right teachers and tools to do so. They will not repeatedly tell what you have to do or what you should do, they will help you learn how to feel what to do. Their goal is to let you go home with a backpack full of tools, knowledge and wisdom to sustain the shift you have made during the 3 weeks. That’s why this program is only for women, who WANT to heal themselves.

The Shift is for women who want to diver deeper into spirituality and self-love, to find their authentic self and purpose in life. The program is for women who have already made the commitment with themselves to heal and have worked with a professional, but feel like they haven’t made that ‘switch’ to the place they want to be, the way they want to feel. The program is suited for women between 18 and 30 years old. All Be Kind coaches, teachers and guides are between 25 and 35 years old.

This program is for women who deal with a:

1. DISCONNECTION

Awareness is the keyword of the first stage. We believe that awareness is the first step into healing, changing and accepting.

To become aware of your struggles, feelings and patterns we need to disconnect first from your comfortable life and routines. This means in the first stage, a strict regime full of yoga, meditation and one-on-one coaching.

In this first stage, we will unpack, unravel and unlearn. These things are tough, but when you allow yourself to go into this, you will find strength on the other side. This strength will guide you into your further journey.

2. THE SHIFT

During this stage we will work on three different principles, to relinquish old baggage in order to feel light and free. To release and let go we use powerful methods to shift your energy and belief patterns. The methods we use are a mix of traditional Balinese energy work and modern techniques like trauma release therapy. The combination of our unique treatments, results in a deeper connection with yourself and a release of old patterns, traumas and other unhealthiness.

3. THE RECONNECTION

Building the new: the answers within you will come the moment you are at ease with yourself. During this final stage of our program, we will plant seeds for your future. We will use the holistic approach in this final stage to nurture and nourish your entire being, your body, your mind and your soul.

This is the stage where you will grow and be able to grow we must get out of our comfortable living. It is during these times that we are far from our own element that we experience ourselves the most.

YOGA

Be Kind Retreats Bali will bring you in a real yogi daily schedule, starting every morning and ending every day with yoga. The 08:00 a.m. yoga class will make you ready for the rest of the sessions of the day. The 04:00 p.m. yoga class will give you the chance to reflect on your day and to stay calm during the night.

A lot of research shows us that daily meditation and yoga sessions are extremely helpful whenever you are struggling with a mental issue. It can be a powerful tool to restore the imbalances in the body, mind and soul. Yoga has the profound ability to balance the emotions and has been shown to help relieve depression, anger and anxiety. Another positive aspect of yoga is the fact that it promotes self-esteem and a positive body image, which plays an important role in eating disorders, depression and anxiety.

The most important aspect of healing from a mental issue is the individual's acceptance that there are a struggle and the desire to make a change. In the first stage, yoga and meditation will help you become aware of this.

COACHING AND HEALING

During the daily one-on-one coaching sessions, you will find a moment to work on yourself and go deeper into your healing process. Be Kind Retreats Bali use different coaching techniques such as intuitive coaching, social work, mirror work therapy, soul coaching, spiritual coaching and NLP. They try to have a different approach instead of the cognitive behavioural therapy that is often only focused on your labels and struggles.

  • Every Sunday a private driver will be available for 10 hours day trip around the island. Visit breathtaking temples and hidden waterfalls in Ubud or relax on white sand beaches in Uluwatu.

  • 3 days trip (including two night) in beautiful coastal city Amed, on the east of Bali surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Be Kind Retreats Bali will serve daily vegan breakfasts, three delicious vegan lunches and three vegan Indonesian dinners in the Be Kind villa. Think coconut yoghurt, quinoa pancakes, chia pudding, avocado on toast, healthy organic juices etc. They wouldn’t want you to miss out on the amazing (vegan) food scene in Bali, that is why the other meals are not included. Transport to restaurants will be arranged and is free and it only takes a few minutes by car to go to the best restaurants in Canggu.
