With Marisas yoga classes, the focus is inward undoing tensions and imbalances, listening to the body and breath in each pose, developing a meditative awareness. The yoga and meditation retreat classes are vibrant and include pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations, moon salutations and a dynamic flowing sequence of asanas (postures) bringing awareness into mindfulness and energy flow, followed by relaxation and a short meditation.
