"It was beyond anything I had expected from the 4 day retreat"

To start off, the place itself felt out of this world peaceful. It felt like a sanctuary and every little detail was so well managed by Carolina that it’s definitely something that is worth going back for. I enjoyed my sessions with her the most. I fell asleep almost at every one of them as i experienced calm and mindfulness to another level. I experienced headaches and they were gone. I was there for only 4 days and every second was magical and so precious to my heart that I recall it and smile to myself whenever I feel like I want to go back. I pray for Carolina and her well being because she is truly a gem! I will definitely recommend it for people who are open to having a one on one session because she truly made it so easy to open up and to be able to assist with anything I was dealing with!

I will definitely go back whenever I can!

"Above my wildest expectations! Fantastic "

My weekend at barefoot Bohemia has been better and given me more clear insights in life than ever expected. Everything about the place, but especially the wonderful Carolina was absolutely perfect.

I came as a total beginner in yoga and mindfulness (and still am) but left with so many tools and increased confidence to continue my journey of healing.
