Balitrees Retreats is a joint effort of the local ashram, Perguruan Seruling Dewata, and the villagers of Sesandan. Together with their business partner/your host of this retreat, Mind’s Garden, a wellness business based in the UK, they strive to offer you a truly memorable experience, support the local community, and contribute to sustainable eco-tourism in Bali.
During your retreat, you can choose to stay in a shared or private guesthouse room or homestay room. Guesthouse rooms are located within the retreat center, surrounded by stunning rice paddies and coconut trees that will take your breath away. There is also a newly built pool, spa center, meditation garden, reception, lounge, and yoga shala at the retreat site.
The guesthouse rooms are traditional Balinese style bungalows decorated with a unique bohemian touch. Each ensuite room has a flat-screen TV, air-conditioner, bathtub, shower, toilet, wardrobe, desk and beautiful beds fitted with soft Egyptian cotton beddings. All the artworks in the rooms are beautifully done by artists from the village.
Homestay rooms are located only a short walk away from our retreat centre (5-8 minutes). They are part of local Balinese people’s homes. Staying in these super comfy homestay rooms offers our guests a great chance to be part of the village life and connect deeper with Hindu culture and people. Each room has a garden-facing terrace, a lounge area, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioner, shower, wardrobe, desk, and cozy beds with Balinese style beddings.
One of the most profound lessons the Coronavirus pandemic has taught us is the importance of connection. Material things don’t actually matter as much as you once thought they were, and what’s absolutely essential to the human experience is being able to connect with others and yourselves, physically, emotionally, spiritually or energetically. Things that don’t typically leave a mark on your heart become the very things we miss the most - a smile of a baby on the bus, the smell of freshly baked bread in the farmer’s market, chatting to a stranger in a bar and “Hello” from the homeless guy on the street.
When the pandemic fades away and leaves many of you mentally fragile, it’s time to ask yourselves, how can you learn to live your lives with deeper awareness, positivity and inner peace? How can you connect with each other in a more authentic and meaningful way? How can you look after yourselves better and kinder? Moreover, how can you love our Mother Nature more and truly cherish its beauty and abundance?
This beautiful 5-day retreat is a perfect opportunity for you to connect with yourself better by learning about how your mind works and how to make it work better for (not against) you; to meet and evolve with likeminded people from around the globe and share each other’s stories, experiences and perspectives; to deeply destress, detox and renew your body and soul; and to grow deeper awareness of both your inner and outer worlds.
What’s more, this retreat invites you to dive deep within to find your inner compass and learn how to use it effectively to wipe out old, negative self-beliefs and supercharge your mind towards a happier, healthier and more abundant life - when your inner world changes, your outer world starts to mirror that new inner world and your mind will do everything it can to help you achieve that vision.

We often try to change something external when the thing that’s blocking us from our ideal state of being is internal. We need to learn to let go of all the self-beliefs and emotional patterns that no longer serve us in order to create space for positive changes to happen in our life. The art of letting go is about trusting our own journey, playing fully yet not attached to the outcome.
The most underrated relationship we’re in is our relationship with ourselves as it sets the tone for all the other relationships we have. Cultivating healthy relationships is about falling in love with yourself and sharing that love with people who appreciate you rather than chasing after love to compensate for a self-love deficit. It’s time to let go of toxic relationships, people pleasing and emotional burnout!

Your body has its own intelligence, it feeds on not just the food you eat, but everything you say, think and do. The key to live a healthier life is treating your body with both kindness and discipline. Learn to set healthy boundaries, manage your stress and change your negative self-beliefs.

How is your relationship with Money? Does Money often make you anxious? Do you feel ashamed for having too little (or too much) wealth? Abundance is a mindset, what’s holding you back are limiting self-beliefs such as “I always struggle with money”, “this promotion is too good for me”, “who am I to deserve such a great guy?”. Let’s transform those beliefs and start welcoming beautiful abundance into your life, because you’re worthy and absolutely deserve the very best life has to offer.
In this powerful workshop, you’ll first learn how to use Fengshui, i.e. the quantum physics of your home environment to align your inner and outer energy fields so that effective manifestations can take place in your life. Then you’ll be guided through a series of mind-blowing exercises to ‘upgrade’ your relationship with wealth and learn to apply the gift of abundance to benefit not just your life, but the lives of many others.
