On this seven day personal journey, transform your body and mind through daily yoga classes at The Yoga Barn, taught by internationally renowned teachers. Through our organized yoga infused itinerary, not only will you have time to relax and unwind, but you will be able to focus on your yoga practice, which is often hard to do on a full work schedule at home.

Your first night, check into your hotel and get acclimated.
Your first morning, start with a loving, energizing yoga class at BaliSpirit Yoga Studio.
Have a healthy lunch at the famous organically inspired Kafe.
Following a few hours off, come back to BaliSpirit for an afternoon semi-private yoga lesson with one of our esteemed teachers.
Take the night off to relax, dine in one of Ubud's open air restaurants and perhaps catch one of the local dance or Gamelan performances.
On a seven day retreat, you will have the option to truly detox. There will be options for one-on-one yoga privates and Raw Food Detox with or without colonic hydrotherapy through our partner, Ubud Sari Health Resort.
This residential Detox program is the first step in your healing journey, a unique journey to balance, well-being and positive change.

The Yoga Barn is located about 10 minutes walk South from KAFE in the area of Ubud called Pengosekan. When you see a restaurant called Siam Sally, walk down a small path into the rice fields beside the restaurant, and then you see a Spa called Zen and a homestay called Ubud Aura.
