Balispirits mini-retreat is the perfect way to give yourself what you need. Make this trip a weekender or a mid-weeker. Balispirits signature short break retreats are offered daily throughout the year, with the exception of some local and western holidays. We set up in such a way that the only activities scheduled are yoga and relaxation! You will have a lot of extra 'down' time; outside of yoga, the rest of your daily schedule is really up to you.

Your first night, check into your hotel and get acclimated. Your first morning, start with a loving, energizing yoga class at The Yoga Barn and a healthy lunch at the famous organically-inspired Kafe. Following a few hours off, come back to Balispirit for a two oclock semi-private yoga lesson with one of our esteemed teachers. Take the night off to relax, dine in one of Ubud's open air restaurants and perhaps catch one of the local dance or Gamelan performances.
On your second morning, join another inspiring yoga lesson and have a healthy lunch at Kafe, after which you can wander about Ubud & go shopping or just hang out. On this afternoon, you also have an opportunity to take a culture tour or join an art class, all of which can be booked when you arrive in Bali. Consider coming back to Kafe for a delicious healthy dinner. On day three, take another morning yoga class, followed by lunch.
Its your last afternoon in Ubud - you are free to do as you please. Choose to add on an additional yoga private, or take a tour, art class, or spend the day at the spa. The morning of day four, expect to check out of your hotel by 11.00 and get driven to the airport, just wishing that you never had to leave! Through our organized Bali yoga vacation, you will have time to relax and unwind from your daily stresses back at home.

Pradnya is Yoga Alliance 200+ hours certified, and can teach Astanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, pranayama, and meditation. Pradnya also loves teaching children yoga.
The Yoga Barn is located about 10 minutes walk south from Kafe in the area of Ubud called Pengosekan. When you see a restaurant called Siam Sally, walk down a small path into the rice fields beside the restaurant, and then you see a spa called Zen and a homestay called Ubud Aura.
