Adi specializes in the Watukaru yoga tradition, Balinese traditional healing meditation, yoga therapy, chakra opening, pranayama, and Balinese Penck Silat Martial Arts. He is one of the disciples of the ninth generation of Perguruan Seruling Dewata in Bali, one of the oldest spiritual ashrams in the world. He's been practicing Traditional Balinese Watukar Yoga for the past three decades. He dedicates his life to the conservation and teaching of Balinese Watukaru Yoga and has developed his own system of yoga therapy designed especially to boost immunity and heal the body in a holistic way.
Putu Teddi is our star yoga teacher, who initially came to yoga as a proactive approach to injury prevention while engaging in other activities such as cycling. His yoga journey began with the practice of Ashtanga yoga along with profound self-inquiry and study of spiritual practices at local ashrams. He originally came to Yoga practice in response to a very stressful job at the bank. He loved the gifts of Yoga so much that he ended up leaving his finance career and devoted his life to the teaching of Yoga asana.
Born and raised in Bali, Eli has been in love with Yoga and alternative healing practices for over a decade. Her journey began with the practice of Hatha Yoga, after which she was introduced to Vinyasa Flow and immediately connected with this style where asanaS are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. She trained extensively with both Balinese and Indian Gurus in the practices of yoga, meditation, and energy (“Qi”) movement.
