Dr. Chiara is a physiotherapist, yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience and Reiki master. When she was young, she took initiation as a yogini in the school of Integral Bakti Yoga in Italy. After that, she started to travel in India and during her time, she began her practice of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She then traveled to Spain where she teaching a lot still today and to Italy where she opened her school. After two years, she moved to India where she met her guru Swamiji and where she lived as a nun in a Sivananda Ashram.
Nina is the creator of Balasana Retreats. She is a seasoned explorer and was fortunate enough to travel to India earlier this year, where she achieved her 200-hour teaching certificate. Nina's inspiration for creating a collection of retreats stems from her passion for visiting stunning natural environments and her enjoyment of yoga and mediation. She would like to share the benefits of her yoga practices and offers a chance for people to escape the hectic city life. Nina has designed an experience to develop your asanas, enjoy healthy, carefully prepared nutritious food.
