"Good yoga, food and setting but not so Queer friendly "
The yoga and food and location were all great, stunning setting to get into nature with. Close to beaches, but best to have a car so you can get to them easily. Yoga was breath work which was really beneficial to me. Ayurvedic food was delicious.

"A Magical Retreat in Wales"
This was my first time on a reatreat of this kind. I went with an open mind and didn't know what to expect apart from the basics. Alaea and Rex were the most hospitable, kind and warm people I have met in the healing profession.
The grounds are just incredible full of life and all sorts of joys-your inner child will reemerge when you walk into it.
Alaea's wonderful healthy vegetarian cooking was incredible. She was thoughtful in her selection and catered to my dietary needs. Her food was simply delicious, nourishing and had a big impact on the way I felt and my skin too. She prepared meals based on this season and used all food colours of the rainbow. Her meals kept me full without wanting to binge inbetween.
Rex who taught Kundalini Yoga, which was new to me, was incredibly kind and taught the classes in a harmonious way. I felt great during and after
the classes. Although I'd heard of Kundalini I had never practiced it before but I felt its benefits immediatly.
Prior to any treatment Alaea carried out a full consultation with me and discussed any issues, tension, dietary intake, medicines etc. She is a great listener and remembers well.
Both Rex and Alaea treated me using Polarity Therapy I felt all my aches, stress in my tissues and tightness dissapear. I felt like a new woman and still do.
Their lodgings are very comfortable ample of everything and the faciliities are nice and clean.
They gave me a lot of advice and tips to take away too.

"A wonderful Healing Retreat"
The consultations with Rex and Alaea were absolutely beyond belief. the attention and nurturing were just what I needed and they got straight to my stress points without any prompting from me. The are wise beyond words and their calm open approach made me feel at ease and relaxed upon first meeting them. The food was amazing - nourishing and wholesome and I loved Alaea's explanations of each dish and what the ingredients were doing for my mind and body. The hot-tub and sauna were a real treat as well. A fascinating and enriching experience.

"Nurturing yoga retreat "
Rex and Alaea are exceptionally good at running this blissful retreat. Their expertise and warmth made me feel very welcome and cared for. The Ayurvedic treatments and Rex’s kundalini yoga classes were wonderful and the quality & variety of the vegan meals complemented the whole experience. Alaea shares her extensive knowledge about nutrition in a very accessible way. The tranquility of the setting in The Gower creates a positive, healing quality. A really nurturing, inspiring experience.
