"I have known Dr Vinod several years now. I go to meet him every time I am in Rishikesh :). He is very friendly and trustworthy man, with big heart and great knowledge. He has helped me and my friends with our health problems. I have used their massages and have recommended their ayurvedic school to my friends. One of my friends took 1-month course in Rishikesh guided by Dr Vinod and is working on this area now, in Estonia, Europe.I have attended Neetus yoga classes as well. She is very committed teacher. As a person she is kind and loving as Dr Vinod. I warmly suggest Ayur Yoga School!"

"I had the pleasure to stay at Ayur Yoga School for 5 weeks and it was an amazing experience. Doctor Vinod promptly answered all my questions about the school, courses, prices and airport transfer. Firstly I only wanted to book some ayurveda lessons, but I was offered to do AYTTC - ayurveda yoga teaching training course, with accommodation and food included. Ayurveda and yoga go hand in hand so I highly recommend to do AYTTC in order to get all the desired benefits. Ayurveda classes will teach you about the right food, lifestyle and how to stay healthy; yoga classes will tone your body; pranayama and meditation will help you to relax your mind and strengthen your will power; yoga philosophy teaches you how to find your inner peace and how to get your mind, body and spirit in balance. Doctor Vinod and his wife Neetu, who is also a doctor, are great people and teachers with a lot of knowledge."
