Accommodation

Accommodation will be arranged in a nearby guest house. Each student will be given individual rooms with an attached bathroom. Students can use the kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi internet connectivity is also available.

Ayur Santhi India Yoga and Cooking Retreat Schedule

This intensive cooking course will introduce you to the Ayurvedic perspective of nutrition. You will learn the vital connection between Ayurveda and healthy living, as well as how to plan well-balanced, vegetarian meals made from grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, seeds, dairy products, fat, spices, and herbs, based on Ayurvedic principles. After the successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of your participation.

Instructors

Lakshmi
Dr. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine. She specializes in skin disorders like psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo, and also on weight loss, polycystic ovary syndrome, and other gynecological disorders.

Retreat location

This holiday will take place in Trivandrum, Kerala. Kerala is known as God's own country and it is probably one of the greenest places you will ever see. Trivandrum has an international airport that connects it with many Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kochi.

Please book your flight to arrive at Trivandrum International Airport (TRV). Ayur Sathi will pick you up from the airport. The pick-up is included in the price. Major public and private airlines, including some international ones, operate regular flights to and from this city.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date.
