Alicia Guet Brohan
Curious and passionate, Alicia collected studies and learnings to finally find her way of sharing and teaching. Yoga has completed her hypnotherapy training and allows her to provide holistic support and approach to her students. She has chosen to follow Mathieu Boldron’s yoga teacher training to develop a balanced practice between the physical body and subtle bodies. Later, she continued studying with a Yin yoga certification, a Reiki energetical training, and boom. Everything mixes up into a fluent and transcendent class with a purpose.
Théodore is a former basketball player. He used to play the high level in France in the youth national team. He holds a state diploma as a basketball and conditioning training coach. He discovered yoga many years ago and first it helped him physically. He quickly discovered that there was so much more to yoga than the physical aspect. Théodore connected to his real Self and is now sharing with his students the beauty of yoga.
Manon has certified from a 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa course from Trimurti (Dharamsala, India) and a 300-hour Vinyasa flow course from Sampoorna Yoga (Goa, India). She has been teaching Hatha flow, adjusted Vinyasa and meditation classes for over two years in Paris. Manon is very passionate about anatomy and spends a lot of time discussing alignment with her students for them to truly benefit from the postures. During her retreats, Manon likes to take the time to break down a few asanas and show her students how to practice them properly. Students always leave her retreats with new knowledge.
