These are Namaste, Ananda, Anantolia, Elysia, and Nidra. During your training, you will mostly use the Namaste shala, however, there may be an opportunity to experience the rest.

Experience the comfort and stylish experience of five-star luxury. At Aegialis Hotel and Spa, all rooms have sea views and come with a private balcony or veranda. During your yoga teacher training, you may choose from single or shared accommodation, such as double, triple, or quadruple. All rooms come with sea views and an elegant decor, to provide you with inspiration and an overall relaxing experience.
Students who complete their training are eligible to apply for Yoga Alliance International certification.
This is a 27-day intensive training where you will learn more about yoga philosophy, deepen your asana practice, and further develop your teaching. This program dives deep into the Yoga philosophy and provides an in-depth study of the four paths of yoga. Some yoga sutras will be studied in detail, as well as different detailed aspects for each of the four yoga paths. This training focuses on advanced asana practice and study of some of the more anatomically complex and advanced asanas, including technique, correct body alignment, benefits, modifications, and contraindications.
This 300-hour yoga teacher training will help you develop your teaching by learning more about and understanding the techniques of specific asana class sequencing and guided meditation sessions. There will be daily asana classes, pranayama, and meditation sessions. Some bonus classes or workshops will be included on Ayurveda lifestyle and self-development.
You will receive a certificate of 300 hours yoga teacher from Aegialis school of yoga and are eligible to apply for certification from Yoga Alliance International. This training is taught in English only, so a basic level of the English language is required. Yoga equipment is provided, including natural cork mats and blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, eye pillows, aerial swings, Iyengar wall, inversion chairs, Tibetan chimes, candles, Tibetan singing bowls, and incense sticks.

Miriam is a certified yoga teacher trainer (E-RYT 500 and E-CYT 500). With vast experience in teaching asana and meditation as well as yoga teacher training, she is devoted to her mission and service of sharing the yoga philosophy. She spent time in India, studying yoga philosophy and advanced asana practice, and has written articles in many top yoga and wellness magazines internationally. Miriam also studied and qualified as an Ayurveda practitioner and has qualifications in psychology and neurolinguistic programming (NLP).
