The school provides residential accommodation to its students. They can choose a single room or shared room according to their requirement. There is a private bathroom with shower in both single and shared rooms. The rooms are kept clean and hygienic. Clean bedsheets, pillow-covers, and pillows are provided to make students feel good and happy. All the rooms have a window so they are airy and bright.

To get your 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate, you must attend the four-week course that has six modules in it. In case you have done any of the six modules, a theory and practical test will be conducted and your behavior during your stay at the school will be observed. Assignments and submission on time by you will also be recorded. Accordingly, you will be marked and a fee waiver will be given to you on this basis.

By the end of your training, you will have learned all the poses known in Ashtanga Yoga and become proficient at doing them correctly and deeply understanding their therapeutic benefits. In this yoga alliance 200 hour program, you can learn about the various types of yogic poses and their classifications, such as static and dynamic asanas, yoga asanas that are meditative and cultural, and so on.
Here you will learn about the different types of breathing used in pranayama with practice sessions, and in-depth knowledge of yogic breathing. e.g.: Shitali Pranayama, Nadi Sodhana Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayama, Ujjayi Pranayama etc.
The preparatory methods for meditation, the challenges faced, the factors to consider for meditation – e.g.: time and place, the effects of meditation on the human mind and body, the different techniques in meditation, etc. will be covered under this module.
This module gives you the confidence in taking your yoga classes to the next level. Here we discuss various methods of yoga teaching, and techniques to improve the way you conduct sessions, including the planning of sessions, the way instructions are delivered, class management, etc. We also discuss characteristics of a good teaching style and the effective usage of feedback to further improve the sessions.
This is another important module that gives you an understanding of the importance of the detoxification process for healing the body. You will learn various techniques like Jal Neti (nasal cleansing with water), Sutra Neti (nasal cleansing with sutra Aka string), Shankhaprakshalana (the process of cleansing the gastrointestinal tract), etc.
In this program, you will have the opportunity to see Ganga aarti ceremony at the Ganga River. Excursions to spiritual places and temples are also included in the price.
Yogi Chetan Mahesh Ji was born in a Vedic family where all the members used to chant Vedic mantras and practice yoga daily. In 1984, he became the champion of yoga sports in Haryana Province. In college, he studied the bio-science stream with yoga as an optional subject and also the master of education which gives him an upper hand while teaching and explaining yoga anatomy and physiology. He finished a Master of Science degree in yoga in 2003 and engaged in imparting yoga teacher training. He became the founder secretary of the Association for Yoga and Meditation in 2005.
