Vânia Martins is a yoga teacher with 200 hours of Vinyasa yoga training and 200 hours of RYT training from Yoga Alliance. She leads Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga classes with joy and dedication to her students, helping them reconnect with their physical and subtle bodies, know their limits, and evolve with full awareness.
