Consistent daily yoga practice fills you with energy, health, and Prana - life force. We welcome all students with an open mind and ready to transform and grow their yoga practice on and off the mat.
Bagus Jati Wellbeing Spa Retreat offers confortable villas set in five hectares of hillside gardens among lush tropical forests in the mountain. Each unique first class villa has a private veranda where you can enjoy stunning views of mountains, valleys, and lush tropical flora and fauna. This facility was master planned to provide sufficient space between villas for absolute privacy in a circular style based upon early primitive village dwellings combined with the chakra principle concerning energy flow.
All villas have a private bathroom with shower, a refrigerator and mini-bar with a wide selection of drinks, coffee and tea making facilities, a telephone with outside calls through the operator, a hair dryer, a flashlight, an umbrella, a personal digital safety box, bathrobe and slippers, a daily fruit basket, a daily bottled mineral water, room service until 23:00, and in addition to the high level of service, a fragrant chilled face towel and a refreshing welcome drink are extended to each guest upon arrival.
There are two practice a day:
The morning practice is strong yet focused deeply on the correct breathing for optimum energy flow and self-development. Pranayama will cleanse the body and the Prana (energy flow) and centre the mind to look inwards. We will set individual goals depending on level and daily well-being of each participant while the general focus will be to work our way through the body chakras on a step by step base taking a day at the time.
Afternoon time is the time for a healing massage and spa. Relax and rejuvenate your whole body and slow down. You will enjoy the tranquillity, silence, and picturesque views of the surrounding areas.
Evening Yoga Practice. Through asanas (postures) and breath, we will journey towards the health of our mind-body experience. Each class gives detailed instruction on alignment while celebrating our unique expressions in each pose. Evening classes bring attention to strength and flexibility, a bit of challenge, a pinch of play, and rich thematic elements. This practice is about being aware and awake in the present moment.
We start with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to detox body and mind from the adventures of the past. Learning to detach oneself from the material world limiting the focus on breath and movement, synchronising not only with the body but becoming one with the beautiful environment and the unique energy on this beautiful Island with gratitude and a smile. The Practice will be closed by a beautiful and relaxing Gong Meditation. This practice is about being aware and awake in the present moment.

Yoga - is a part of Ayurveda. During your retreat, daily Ayurvedic meals will be served.
With an Ayurvedic diet, you will be impressed with your yoga results. Have perfectly balanced, healthy, and delicious dishes. Your body reacts immediately, detoxicated, and grows with your meditation practice.
Moreover, there will be a professional kitchen chef at your service, as well. Raw, vegan, western, and eastern menus are available. Keep in mind that Ubud has lots of famous vegan-raw-healthy restaurants and cafes as well.
