At Avayasana, the highly buoyant Dead Sea environment enables students to achieve and hold difficult postures for extended duration, perfect for beginners and the physically challenged. For experienced yogis, practicing and experiencing yoga in zero-gravity conditions provides a fresh new understanding to the familiar asana, new ways to explore the physical and mental processes of expanding without limitations, and the opportunity to achieve higher precision and alignment.
