Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking, also popularly known as Annapurna Sunrise Trekking or Annapurna Panorama Trekking. It is one of the most popular and relatively easy treks that meander through the beautiful ethnic villages of Annapurna region.Invigorating through some rhododendron forests, Poon Hill trekking in Nepal will let you feel the Himalayan Panorama while providing you the opportunities to get close to the local Poonhill trek. It is a short and relatively easy trek into the Annapurna region. This trek is suitable for those who do not have much time to spend and people with a burning desire to observe the beauty of snow-capped mountains.

During this retreat, you will be staying at Atmashree Yoga, comfortable hotels, guest houses, and lodges in trekking routes. First, second, and 7th night will be at Atmashree Yoga, third night in Ulleri, fourth night in Ghorepani, 5th night in Tadapani, and 6th night in Ghandruk.

During this retreat you will experience a four days trek in the Annapurna mountain range. It is one of the most popular trek in Nepal and you will reach the altitude of 3200 meters. On your free time, you can do various activities such as cycling, hand boating, paragliding, bungee jumping, etc. You can also visit tourist destination such as Buddha stupa, caves, fall, temples, local village, and lakes. All of these activities are subject to additional costs. If you feel like reading, you can always borrow yoga related books at the retreat center. There is a lake just the front of Atmashree Yoga and you may spend your free time swimming in the lake which is clean and spacious.
