You will be accommodated at The Friendship Beach Resort onsite at Atmanjai in deluxe rooms that are spacious and available with king-sized and twin-sized beds, and feature a comfortable seating area.

Atmanjai clients can relax beside our beachfront swimming pool and enjoy the spectacular views over Chalong Bay.

The fully equipped fitness center is available for use throughout the day with Atmanjai professional fitness instructors on hand to assist if required.

David Miodusky
David Mioduski is a practitioner of Oriental medicine, specializing in traditional Chinese Medicine. is knowledge and professional approach are evident in his ability to quickly produce lasting transformational health results.
Tim Thunyarat
Tim assists in clearing toxins, bad emotions and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause organs to malfunction. She is a highly experienced Chi Nei Tsang and Karsai Nei Tsang practitioner. She has worked in detox centers throughout Thailand, supporting clients with practical bodywork enabling them to align physically and energetically.
Jason Blackman
A former paramedic who has spent decades studying eastern healing modalities, Jason brings a unique blend of medical knowledge and Asian harmony to is sessions. Daily meals are included in the retreat. Everyday you will be served with tropical fruit in the morning, while lunch and dinner you will choose from a menu of popular and appetizing soups, salads and raw vegetarian cuisine. All meals are prepared in Atmanjais kitchen with fresh, organic ingredients, and lashings of loving care and attention.

The executive chef, trained in one of the West’s finest culinary institutes, has created an international menu that is a feast to the eyes and a delight to the senses.

Only the best quality imported and local products are selected to ensure the highest possible standards. The menu features a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional Thai food to delicious western favorites.

No expense has been spared in the preparation of the sauces, stocks, creams, and fillings. They have been created from the best unprocessed dairy products and natural ingredients available.

Atmanjai believes a memorable dining experience should also be a healthy one, so they do not use artificial colors, flavors or MSG in any of their dishes.

Located right by the beach and alongside the pool, the restaurant and bar at Friendship Beach Resort and Atmanjai Wellness Centre are a picture perfect venue for any meal. And when the sun goes down, the bar is a perfect place for a sun-downer or a night cap.

Big Buddha tourist attraction

Almost completed, this tribute to The King of Thailand can be seen from many miles out to sea. Being 45 meters tall, this is the tallest Buddha statue in Thailand and dwarfs the famous Hong Kong monument on Lantau Island, which was known as the worlds tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha. The views of sunrise and sunset are spectacular from the site, which sits atop Nakkerd hill, 380 meters above sea level. People visit daily to pray and chant at the statue.

Elephant trekking activities in Phuket

These magnificent creatures have long been actively involved in agriculture in Thailand. Now, they earn income for their owners by providing transport on spectacular jungle treks. The motion as you sit atop one of these majestic animals takes a little getting used to, but it is well worth the effort. There are a number of short rides and half-day excursions available, some located very conveniently to Atmanjai.

Go-karting in Phuket

For those who like their adventure to be a little more mechanical than elephants, Phuket has two go-kart tracks one of which offers a full range from slow to proper racing karts. This will certainly get your blood pumping and adrenaline surging.

Kayaking in Chalong Phuket

Right off the beach in front of the resort - at high tide is an ideal location to kayak - get some sun and enjoy a little light exercise. For the more adventurous Atmanjai suggests to consider the Hongs by Starlight tour conducted by John Gray SeaCanoe, named by National Geographic as one of the worlds top 25 adventures this is a fantastic excursion.

Phuket Fantasea entertainment show

Voted best attraction in the Thailand tourism awards for three consecutive years, this Vegas style production colorfully blends the beauty of Thai culture with magical illusions, 4-D effects, aerial ballet, pyrotechnics, and elephant performances, featuring over 30 elephants. Show time is 9.00pm daily.

See the real Phuket. Atmanjais staff can recommend friendly English speaking guides to show you around Phuket. Half day or full day excursions are available.

Sail in Phang-nga Bay

His yacht Sakai is large enough to be comfortable and small enough to ensure personalized attention. You will visit islands, beaches and caves on this fantastic day out.

Wat Chalong temple tourist attraction

Wat Chalong is Phukets most important Buddhist temple and the biggest and most ornate of Phukets 29 Buddhist monasteries. Many Thais travel long distances to visit this temple, be blessed by the monks and receive a good luck charm in the form of a string tied around the wrist, which they believe protects them from injury and illness.
