The Agios Pavlos Hotel provides accommodation in two complexes, one on the rock right above the sea and near the restaurant and another one on the Cavos Melissa rock on a higher panoramic spot and near the yoga platform. Usually, the retreat participants stay at Cavos Melissa, although there are also other options in the area. All rooms offer a breathtaking view of the beach or the panorama of the Libyan Sea. All rooms are equipped with an air-conditioner, fridge, and a small kitchen. Overlooking the stunning bay, the hotel has a fine restaurant, a relaxing café / bar, and a mini market so you don't have to leave for any of your holiday essentials.
The daily practice, the nourishing meals, the breathtaking landscapes, and the like-minded people, all make up for this unique experience of a true quality time. Day after day, you will feel restlessness and confusion dissipate, giving way to a sense of groundedness and connection with your inner self. You will begin to remember and tap into your inner source of strength, creativity, and freedom.
This experience of remembrance will enable you to return back to your daily life replenished, light, and with a clarity of insight. In this yoga practice, you will immerse yourself in the mindful and interoceptive movement, exploring not only your muscles and bones but also your organs, your emotions, how you relate to gravity, how you relate to space, and many other ways to truly get to know yourself on all levels of being.
Note: July 18 and July 25, 2018, are free days (no practices). On July 15, 21, and 28, 2018, there will be only one evening practice.
