You will be staying either in single or shared rooms in an apartment. The apartment has modern ambiance to it with large verandahs or decks overlooking the ocean.

Steve was born in New Zealand and has traveled widely. He has been fortunate to have experienced many forms of yoga practices and physical fitness. His latest passion is mountain biking and pranayama. He has over 12 years experience and has been involved with yoga training for five years. He has taught over 9,000 hours of classes and has 500-hour yoga registered teacher and e-registered yoga teacher 200-hour classification, as well as being a 200-hour Yoga Alliance trained Kundalini and Aerial yoga teacher. Steve has a relaxed but thorough style of teaching.
Geri Jones
Geri was born in India and moved to Australia when she was young. She has returned there many times and studied classic Vedanta philosophy. Geri is a qualified gym instructor and has always included yoga into her personal training program. Her demonstrations and insight into Yin and Restorative yoga were wonderful. Geri’s calm and nurturing approach to teaching was welcomed by everyone.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Auckland Airport (AKL). Once you have booked the retreat and organized your travel plans, Asia Pacific Yoga will have an idea on how they can assist you to arrive at the venue with car sharing.

Arrival by bus

Buses are also available from the airport into the city and from the city you take a bus to Kaitaia. Asia Pacific Yoga can pick you up from Kaitaia.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
