In these four weeks, 200 hours of intensive teacher training, you receive a profound instruction from an experienced Ashtanga yoga teacher. If beginner or advanced - you will develop your practice to your full potential. Practice at your own pace, build up flexibility, stamina and a deep understanding of Asana, Pranayama, and meditation and also Yoga Philosophy. You are invited to experience Ashtanga yoga as a gentle flow, a wonderful sequence, which you can adapt to your personal needs and to the needs of your students. The yoga shala, the Finca el Ocle is located in a beautiful valley with views to the mediterranean sea. Although in a natural setting, it is well connected to Velez-Malaga, the long and calm beaches of Benajarafe and only half an hour to the charming city of Malaga. The Finca el Ocle is a central and tranquil location to explore the Costa del Sol.
In the Finca, we have two Guest rooms, simple but nice, one with two Single beds which are used as a twin room and the other Room has a Doublebed for Couples or used as a single room with Supplement.
If your primary goal is to gain stamina in your practice and go beyond Asana or aiming to be a teacher – this TTC is based on deepening in all fields of Yoga. Dive deep into this transformative program, and through your individual experience develop your perspective for authentic and empathic teaching. As the Training is limited to a group of 12, there will be an ideal space for your individual growth especially in the Mysore practice provided.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the origin of all the modern Vinyasa Flows, and it tracks back to Pattabhi Jois who learned it from his teacher Sri T. Krishnamacharya, who is commonly known as the father of modern Yoga.

In these four weeks of intensive training you will learn the Primary Series in-depth while continuing in the Mysore-Practice on your individual level.
You will learn about sequencing in Asana - how a single posture is build up from the easy to the advanced and how to introduce different approaches to Ujjayi Breathing and postures - in general, and depending on the individual needs.
As the structure of the Ashtanga Yoga Series is an intelligent order, with the background of Vinyasa Krama (step-by-step guide of movements) you will learn to “wind up or down” the Ashtanga-Sequence.
By completing the training - you will be able to create any general or subject-based yoga class or create any kind and level of Vinyasa Flow. From the first week onwards, you will guide each other in small parts of the series to reflect learned stuff and gain confidence in your voice, learn to see and to guide your students through empathic “Hands-On”.
With the help of Vinyasa Krama, the “Art of Sequencing”, which is hidden in Ashtanga Vinyasa, and with the knowledge of the “Art of movement” (Vinyasas) which is developed in Vini Yoga, you can break down easily the series to your students' needs. You will also be introduced helpful BKS Iyengar technics for stabilizing, opening and balancing your body.

Andrea is one of a few Sharath Jois' authorized level two Ashtanga yoga teachers in Germany. As a student of Sri Sribhasyam, the youngest son of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, and with the experience of a Vinyasa Krama training at Srivatsa Ramaswami, Andrea got the skills to teach the yoga of Krishnamacharya in a very unique and subtle way. Follow the MA 3203 up to Cajiz.

A Taxi is around 50 EUR to Cajiz.
