Catherine Moran has been practicing yoga since 1999. She initially learned alongside Alexander Medin at Yoga Place in Bethnal Green, later on with Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London. Catherine also completed a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course and in 2008 made her first trip to the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. Since then, she has returned regularly for extended periods of study with her teacher Rangaswamy Sharath Jois and in 2014 received the level two authorization to teach the primary and intermediate series.
Lauren Munday started practicing the Mysore self-practice method, studying with Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London. In 2010, she completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training with Melanie Cooper and made her first trip to the Shri Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. In 2013, Lauren received the authorization to teach the system from Sharath Jois and has been lucky enough to assist on two occasions at the institute. She enrolled in a yoga therapy diploma course with Yoga Campus, which she completed in February 2015 and deepened her understanding of yoga.
