When you step into the role of teaching, you are not simply sharing a physical practice to keep practitioners fit, but instead, the intention is sharing a holistic, whole health, mind, body, and spiritual practice that helps people to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The training allows your space to embody yoga, you access the opportunity to still the mind, prepare the body for meditation, and the foundation for yoga to begin.
