Lisa Hallows
Lisa has been practicing yoga for thirty years and has trained and qualified in Ashtanga yoga (500 Hours). She has also completed teacher training and holds a certificate in Yin yoga. She enjoys helping people achieve the best practice they can whilst having fun and enjoying yoga and all it comes with.
