"Emotionally awakening, tremendous Yoga Teacher Training!!"
The quality of the instructors was phenomenal. I learned so much from each and every one of them! They made sure to keep the workshops and classes engaging and gave really great constructive criticism during the student teaching sessions. I really couldn’t have asked for a more memorable, unique experience! I have surely made friends for life. The food was also sensational! Victoria and Nora nourished our souls with delicious vegan and vegetarian food that could convert almost any meat-eater. Also, the accommodation was fantastic!! I’m eagerly awaiting news of future retreats!

"Better than I could have imagined"
A beautiful, transformative experience where we were all allowed to grow and develop our own styles and embrace what made us unique. The food was incredible, the location was perfect; I couldn't have asked more for my YTT.

I had a wonderful time on my first yoga retreat. Maria and her family do an excellent job of making everyone feel at home from the very first moment. She stayed up late for me after a flight delay and was pleasant the whole time. I love the intimacy of this retreat as well. It is very humble and small giving you the opportunity to make wonderful connections with the teachers, family, and other retreaters. The town is just a stone's throw away and is very quaint. There is always something to do and no pressure to participate if you aren't feeling up to it.

"Not as advertised"
The only thing about this trip I truly enjoyed was the food. Although more variety could have been added, as well as portions (some nights food was undercalculated and people were left without food) the quality was good.

The area is extremely beautiful with lovely trees and fruits everywhere. The garden is pretty and the house is located outside the city which makes it all more authentic. Bennisalem is very quiet and worth a little walk.
The yoga teacher was excellent as well as all the volunteer staff.

"In one word: amazing!"
This teacher training was beyond my expectations. The program was well prepared, very practical lessons on sequencing, asanas and adjustments by Maria and Ariel. More theoretical stuff such as philosophy and anatomy was brought to life by the amazing teachers Marina and Alex. The food and accommodation was great. All the food was vegetarian and scrumptious. The house was luxurious and the shala was light and spacious. Throughout the training Maria and the others were very accesible for any questions or chats. All in all this was a great experience, would recommend it to anyone!

"An unforgettable experience!"
Where to begin.. Maria and here team offer so much in 17 days... They put all of there love, knowledge and experience in this intense training to ensure that you cross that finish line and to prepare you (as you wish) for the 'real thing'; becoming a yoga teacher. Great surprises throughout the training training, such as a visit of a Monk from Chile and a full-moon meditation. Fabulous organic and comfy food, useful advice in nutrition and providing ayurveda knowledge made everything complete to me. I am grateful!

It was my first yoga retreat and I have to say that this one exceeded my expectations. The retreat was in a stunning place with sea and mountains views and the house was really nice too.
The teachers were really good, giving different types of yoga depending on the energy of us, and all the time checking on us to correct posture if needed. I enjoyed every single moment.
I also want to highlight that the food was delicious.
I want to thank all the team for giving me the chance to have a wonderful holidays.

I studied with Maria and her team in Dec 2018 Yoga Teacher Training in Majorca and it was life changing experience. Quality teaching, a beautiful venue, stunning weather and amazing food. It was hard work and very intense but I loved it as the teaching and back up team are very experienced, spiritual, supportive and nurturing. I would wholeheartedly recommend doing your teacher training with Ashram Om. Thank you Maria I will never forget it.

Having spent a week with Maria on a yoga retreat in Estellencs back in 2016, I already knew what a knowledgeable and inspiring woman she is, so my expectations for the 200-hour yoga teaching training were pretty high. My only doubts about the course were based on my own skills and experience as a yoga practitioner, but I decided to give it a go, and I'm so glad I did.
The accommodation and location were truly amazing. The rooms and communal areas inside and out were of a very high standard, and the setting was so tranquil. Seeing the stars so clearly at night was magical, and it was a joy to see blue skies and feel the warmth of the Mallorca sun in December - and to escape frenzy of the pre-Christmas build-up.
Maria blew me away again with her profound knowledge on everything yoga and Ayurveda, just as I knew she would. I was also deeply inspired by her amazing co-instructors on the course - Ariel's warmth and beautiful teaching style made the asana and adjustment classes so much fun, the sheer depth of Marina's yoga philosophy knowledge literally knows no bounds, and Alex's enthusiasm about anatomy really was contagious!
In the kitchen, Victoria and Nora worked so hard to ensure we were not only well nourished, but beyond satisfied! Who knew you could do several hours of yoga every day, cut out snacks, and still manage to put on a couple of kilos? But that's how good the food was!
Collectively, everyone - including my amazing co-yogis-in-the-making - created such a kind, supportive and loving environment; one in which I personally learned so much more than how to be a yoga teacher. I learned to believe in myself, and I learned compassion. I'd strongly recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their own yoga practice and fancies a bit of a voyage of discovery - not just prospective yoga teachers. You don't need to be super bendy or a seasoned yoga practitioner - you just need to be ready for a beautiful, transformational experience inspired by an amazing bunch of people.
You are all angels, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart

My experience at the Ashram Om in Mallorca was just perfect! Teachers were very professional and commited, the food was amazing, there was such a good energy during the entire course and everyone felt very safe and loved. We did not only focus on how to teach and asanas, but also did a lot of fun workshops, meditations and other things that will stay with me forever. I could not have hoped for a better experience, it was life chanching! Thank you so much for these amazing 2.5 weeks!

This YTT has been more than I could ever imagined. I did not know what I would come to when I first booked and then I arrived to this paradise house in Porreres with the most beautiful Shala I have ever practised in. The teachers, Maria, Ariel and Mansarova met me with open arms and lots of love from the start. The course is perfection and has made Yoga even more special to me. With the philosphy and history of yoga, alignment of asanas, anatomy, meditations and practices of what Yoga really is I feel that I have a strong foundation of knowledge to stand on. The space is created so that you as a teacher can grow and find your inner teacher which I really appreciated. On top of the teachings, the food that is served by the most amazing Vicky and Nora is amazing, a true paradise for a vegetarian or vegan! The students, the teachers the chefs and the amazing Shala is something I will carry in my heart forever. Wish I could do it again!

It was an amazing experience from the very beginning! Maria assembled a professional and caring team that delivered a most comprehensive yoga teaching program that covered not just the Yoga Asana’s but also covered the philosophy of Yoga in depth, anatomy, and meaningful cultural exchanges among the students. Trips to the beach, and local village were mixed in seamlessly with Aerial Yoga, and Acro-yoga, meditation and opportunities to self explore . The program was planned out in a very thoughtful and insightful way with appropriate resting opportunities and high intensity moments. The experience was enhanced by the presence of 2 wonderful cooks, one an acclaimed cookbook author, who’s creativity delivered Vegan and organic meals that delighted the soul!! This was a 5 star operation delivered by humble people who care deeply about the philosophy of yoga and its education and who also delivered it in an authentic and real way. Life changing experience and one I would recommend to all aspiring Yogi’s unreservedly!!!
